Cafe Brunelli - City

Pizza was okay but not as good as in the past. Staff were not really interested in being there, had to ask twice for cutlery. Coffee was good.

Great service and lovely meals! Food was served not long after ordering.

Entrees came out with mains - table for 4 way too small and crowded. Entree still frozen in middle. No interaction or reactions (mute) from staff. Food was nice. Coffee great.

Caesar Salad was very average. 3 large chunks of dry chicken, not much dressing so lettuce was dry, egg was weirdly fried on top. Everything else was nice. Very crowded seating, very noisy. Service good.

I am a keychain owner of Brunellis because it is the most amazing restaurant. Always great service and great food!

One of the 10 people we had said he had waited at the front for 5 or 10 minutes while a few people walked past him without saying anything and then when they finally asked what he was there for they didn’t even show him to the table they just pointed in the general direction. The food was good but a few of the people who had the steaks said the mash was cold

The staff member taking our orders at the counter was so rude and got all our orders wrong. He seems frustrated, angry and very poor service! We felt not wanted there. The floor staff were lovely so it was sad that he was so terrible.

The penne arribiata and garlic bread was amazing. The chicken and pear salad that my mother in law had was very disappointing and she asked and received her money back is was that bad.

We booked on line and they did not receive the booking. The waiter was a bit put out and did a lot of tutting and sighing. They did seat us though.

We had a table for 11 on a Saturday night during fringe. Food was quick, as it always was, 20 minute total wait, and meals were mixed, pizzas, pastas, burgers. Exceptional service, although the bar could have done with at least another person

Booked online and when arriving at Brunelli they had no notice of our booking. Head waiter advised having issues with online booking. In future will ring and book direct. Felt sorry for staff as busy Saturday night during Fringe. Luckily they were still able to fit our table of 5 people in and all had a enjoyable meal with excellent service.

I love brunellis as the pizzas are so good. It's great as it is open late. Service is good and friendly. I also like that you can buy movie tickets at a discounted price when purchasing a meal.

Food was delicious, selection was incredible, desserts were amazing. Only issue was food was a bit pricey. Used a 25% off entertainment Book voucher though and if you are a regular you can sign up for 15% off for $5. Will definitely try to come again if I'm in the city.

Good choice of dishes to choose from. The pizzas are really yummy. Reasonable prices and they are open really late. Staff friendly and helpful. A pleasant evening. Will go back again.

Our party of 4 really enjoyed our meals and the customer service was excellent. The quality of food and presentation is excellent. I really appreciated the waitress being attentive, by joining an extra table to ours to give us plenty of room for our dishes and drinks. Spot on! We will definitely be back to Brunelli's in the City. Well done!

Impressive service and tasty food! I Would highly recommend Brunelli to anybody as it really has something for everybody! Meals, drinks, desserts and tasty treats and open 24-7 too! Awesome!!!
