Ironic the photo for the cafe is the bathroom, and not the cafe space itself, as the tap in the bathroom did not work AT ALL and I couldn’t wash my hands after using the toilet! But food was ok, service was good, and drinks were the best thing about the place.

Food was great and service was to a high standard.

The food was great, ambience was nice. The only downside was that they didn't accept cash as payment and they charge service fees for using credit cards which felt like you were forced to use credit cards and pay for the surcharge.

Awesome cafe with a great vibe, and I loved the Christmas themed shokupan. Definitely recommend!

The food was delish but table can barely fit 2 x plates & our other orders but most of all to not accept cash then charging surcharge for what we purchased is unacceptable! You should ALWAYS give your customer payment option & there should be signs so that we the customer have the option to say NO prior coming! I can’t see any visible signage on the counter or any where else.l on the web it social!

Lovely ambience, delicious food & amazing staff! However, I found it hard to reach out to staff to update my reservation since I wasnt able to over their booking system, thankfully someone responded over their instagram account!

Many menu items unavailable despite a 10am booking and a small menu to choose from. My crab scrambled egg roll was actually seafood extender and was a gloopy mess that had minimal egg and a whole load of sauce. Didnt finish over half of it. And to charge $5 for half a sausage as a side? Disappointing. Will not be returning.

Place is very clean. Service was prompt and food was plated beautifully and tasted amazing.

They forgot my meal then said they had no record of my order. We looked back on the till to prove I ordered it.

Lovely presentation of food, good variety, but a little expensive.

The matcha lattes came cold even though we have ordered it to be hot. The food portion was generous but were only given 2 prawns for the pasta. The staff were friendly but I may reconsider visiting this place again.

This restaurant has a great ambience. It's on the main strip in Leederville so parking is a bit challenging but there is a great vibe. Sadly, they don't accept cash and there is a card surcharge. The menu is a bit alternative and the baked good behind the counter limited. It is worth reviewing the menu closely if you are not an adventurous eater.

Its a nice place but what a joke for a Chai latte?? $6 for a regular and $8 for next size up?? I been drinking chai for 20 years in cafe not in my life have a i paid that in ANY cafe thats close to a baby cino size a complete joke! Honestly that is not ok!! Plus you guys need a phone thats ridiculous… i had to send an email and still no one has replied and that was Monday night for a Tuesday morning that i had a query for? Phone number guys phone number totally pathetic

Had a great birthday breakfast and loved the specialty coffees on offer. The food was very good and friendly and efficient service.

Tiny wobbly little table was uncomfortable to sit at for 2 people. Took nearly our whole 1.5hr stay for the table to be cleared. Ordering from QR codes is lame- we don’t need any more reasons to be glued to our phones!

The service was amazing during our booking. Super attentive, and food came very quickly. The cafe was very cute, and although it was busy it was not too loud. Would definitely come again.

Food was great staff was too. Except i was 10 min early and I had crutches and another person had my table it clearly said my name. The manager had a go at me saying i was rude? Stsnding at front by table having a go at the customers? Actually that was incorrect the customer approached me and alm i nicely said it says my name… we didnt argue she even said i could sit there i said no its ok they doing another table she even came up to table 10 mins later to apologize and i said not yr fault its the staff….. I was floored the manager saying i was rude i had a booking clearly my name not my fault if someone wrote on back another name but visually mine waS there. You need to remember to look after disabled people and not be rude this is to the manager… in future be careful with sensitive situations like mine you have NO idea why I am on crutches this wasnt cool you having a go at me twice you nearly had me in tears my friends were shocked how u came up to table like you did. Be courteous and more caring in the future as u hv no idea what my situation is, i was really upset when i left yr establishment. This was not ok. The food and rest of the staff were great. You my friend the manger need to thjnk next time before you ever act like thag again! You let our 1st experience here down. Very annoyed.

The Cafe was lovely with beautiful floral decor. The drinks were delicious with lots of creative fruit blends, coffees etc. ☕️ The wait staff were nice and brought everything we ordered promptly. Overall I look forward to more visits to Cafe L.A.

Overall food was good. Had good flavour. Ordered the mushrooms. Would've liked less bread and more mushrooms. Enjoyed the different selection of drinks. Not much service with the QR codes. Not very personable. I'd imagine it would get very loud inside when it's busy. Overall had a lovely breakfast and we'll be back.

Loved the service, food and drinks. Love the aesthetics of the place. Only super minor complaint was it got noisy. So not sure what can be done about the acoustics. Otherwise nailed it!
