We had a reservation of 8 and we all enjoyed the delicious food, prompt service woth a smile and the price. The venue was very clean and we could hear each other speak. Definitely will go back as we've been before and will continue to go to Promo Dernancourt.

The service was ok & friendly staff but the food was very average and not what we expected, it was not hot , eggs were wrong against what we ordered, and inconsistent with what we expected

We were the only ones in the restaurant. Seems like they do a fair bit of delivery though. Nothing outstanding either good or bad. Acceptable.

I have no words absolutely appalling...will never go again. How they are operating is beyond me

Terrible! Had to catch a waitress’s attention to even find out which pre-booked table we were at, as the ordering line was very long and didn’t move at all for about 10 minutes, only one very slow girl at the counter. On ordering we were told none of the juices were available except orange or apple. The table was a flimsy fold-out camping table that you could lift with one finger and so close to the next table that we asked to be moved. That new table had a gap of about 1 cm under one leg, so we had to fix it with some newspaper that had obviously been used for the same problem before. No wait-staff there to help. After almost one hour of waiting, we still had no food, so talked to staff about it. It finally came after we very nearly asked for a refund. There were plenty of empty tables by this time, so they were not even that busy. The coleslaw tasted so horrible I couldn’t eat it and I am not fussy with food. As we were dining, one of the managers (?) was standing there with a mobile phone filming us all - very uncomfortable - why?! Will never eat there again and will tell whoever I can to not waste their money. Eating out is a rare treat for many people these days, this experience ruined the day!
