It was my son’s birthday and the girls did a great job preparing his cake to share at the table with a sparkler and wine. Thankyou

The food was good and plentiful. The service was good and efficient.

Food was, as always, tasty, well presented and prompt. Staff were friendly and obliging.

They told me they didn’t have my booking when I turned up. I showed them the email and they said they would look into it. This is not the first time this has happened. When I went to pay the waitress said she spoke to to the owner and he said oh he doesnt always look at the website bookings so in future I should just phone them. I told them if they don’t want website bookings they need to remove it from their website. And if they only want phone bookings they also need to ensure they always answer their phone, as months ago I make a large booking over the phone only to get there and they said they had no booking. There was hair in one of our meals. For the third visit in a row they got my food order wrong and tried to give me food I am allergic to. One of our friends was also dining on the night in a different group and they had a wooden peg in their main meal. When they went to leave the owner didn’t even offer a complimentary meal when they served food with a peg in it and said oh it was a an accident. This restaurant has been a regular of ours for years, however it looks like it may be time to go elsewhere.

They didn’t get our booking right, food was very tasty but entree didn’t come out together then main was brought out 5 mins apart.

Usually fantastic all round but the table was in the far dark corner, new wait staff did not seem to understand orders. Received incorrect food with items I am allergic too. Eventually one of the most senior staff came over and apologised and organised for new food but by the time it arrived both other diners in the group were finished and ready to go.

Love the laksa deluxe, that we always order for lunch... been going there over 10 years . Love it ❤️

The food was great as always. However, mains being brought out before entrees, and some getting food way before others was disappointing.

Good atmosphere, tasty food, service was fast, the vegetable dish seemed a bit over priced.

Always great service, quick and efficient. The only feedback this time is that they changed the stuffing in the spring rolls - they were bitter and I missed the carrot and the cabbage.

My mum and I love dining at Casuarina. The service is fantastic and we never have to wait long for our food. Food portions and quality is always consistent. We love ordering all the entrees and sharing.

food and service not as good as used2be, had2wait longer than used2&waitress was2quiet2hear&ordered wrong food coz didn't listen23cues of what wanted& didn't ask questions& ordered something completely different with 1key word same. spring rolls were oily& tasteless as were onion rings& phad thai, but surprisingly the special fried fish balls were tasty& not oily & enjoyed with the right sauce......

We were on a timeframe as we had prebooked movie tickets.. it was a busy time ( Thursday late night shopping dinner) and the restaurant was quite full and yet we were served in a very timely manner. Orders for both entree and mains taken and delicious food delivered in twenty minutes. Cannot fault anything about this dining experience. Staff were courteous and efficient, food was generous and delicious, great variety of Asian dishes to suit any palette, and terrific value for money. Will not hesitate to recommend and will certainly return to sample more of the enticing menu.

This is a little hidden gem; food comes out quick and hot even though it can appear busy. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I return there regularly!

The restaurant was great but they didn’t have our booking. Luckily they had a table for 8 scalable

The staff were friendly, but sometimes couldn’t understand. I ended up being up all night as the amount of MSG used in my very simple dish of chicken and cashew nut was overwhelming. I do have issues anyway, but never have I had that reaction before eating Asian food.
