Great food great service. Table of eight and no complaints

Food and service was great! We can improve acoustics by placing pads on walls or installing slats on ceiling. :)

As always food is amazing . And with so many dishes to decide plus their full range of pizzas. And such good size servings, entree and main winning.. The friendly service of all the staff that works so hard to ensure your needs are catered for

We went at 6.30pm and although it was a little humid outside, they left it quite late to open the bifold doors, so it was really uncomfortable and hot inside where they seated us. They need a fan or air-conditioning. It seemed odd that only one half of the restaurant is airconditioned and the other is expected to not have any relief from the heat and humidity. The staff were very welcoming and really attentive. The service from the waitstaff was exceptional. We had the seafood platter. It was more than enough for two people and very delicious. We had dessert at another venue nearby as there wasn't enough desert options.

Food was over priced and very average. What made it worse, it ws 30degrees with no aircondioning on the side of the resturant we were sitting. We asked to move to the otherside of resturant but they refused. We were hot, everyone crammed in together, you could see everyone using the menus to fan themselces, it made it unpleasant to eat. The toilets also needed a good clean

A bit disappointed with some of the dishes. We went as a family, the chicken schnitzel was dry, my husband’s fish of the day which was red emperor tasted like it was frozen and not fresh, the sauce was weird. My son in law ordered a pizza it was quite dry. My pasta was had scallops and they definitely used frozen scallops, it definitely was not fresh scallops. Pasta needed a bit more salt and it was too creamy. On the positive side, my daughter’s gnocchi with beef cheeks was not bad. The gnocchi was lovely and soft. Would I go there again, probably not.

We had the seafood platter. Portion is big and price reasonable. Planning to visit again :))

I had the spaghetti marinara — it tasted fresh and was generous on the seafood. However, I found it slightly salty and was surprised by the lack of care in the presentation. There were also a few flies around my table and dish. The service was very attentive, and the food came out quickly. The restaurant interior is a bit old-fashioned and could use a spruce-up, but that is part of its charm.

One of our favourite restaurants when we visit Perth. Quality of food and staff never disappoints us.

The food was disgusting, the tiramisu wasn’t fresh. Definitely won’t be going back.

Male Indian waiter should not reach over the table, walk around. Steaks were not cooked to the correct pinkness

With the last day of the year today, we decided to dine out and see the New Year in at home afterwards. Catalano’s was busy and it being a balmy evening we had dinner outside where a few tables were available. Dinner was delicious and the service was great! Happy New Year Catalano’s restaurant!

As a group, we have visited Catalano's on a few occasions, and this was the worst experience we have had - the food was served at different times (some people had finished their meal before everyone was served theirs), the food was not hot, not fresh and it seemed the establishment was understaffed. It was a disappointing lunch for us.

Great food, fast service and really good atmosphere. Lovely staff to.

We had a garden salad with our meal and a lot of the leaves were slimy. We did advise the staff.

The decorations for valentines day were just beautiful and gave it a special atmosphere.

Service was excellent and waitress very pleasant. My husband and I had garlic prawns, chips and salad. Prawns had too much garlic butter, over powering but otherwise would have been good.

Very good and fresh seafood. Our seafood platter for 2 was very big & tasty. BYO for wine was a bonus. Service was friendly, polite and attentive.

We were sat in the far side of the restaurant. No aircon/fans … all 5 of us were sweating and fanning ourselves with our hands. We also noticed others doing it. Flies everywhere, there was at least 3 flies constantly flying on our food. Water was hot. Waiter was lovely and friendly. We had the platter and fish was over cooked. But everything was tasty.

We had good family dinner with my visiting relatives. The restaurant was so packed and busy yet not too long to wait for our food.

While eating a meal the restaurant ceiling fell down. Dirt, dust rubble was everywhere. On our table and food. Unable to finish our meal.

I love this place! excellent gluten free options,.my fav is the garlic bread! and their cocktails are ammmazing! 10/10 would recommend booking a table! they are that good they are always busy so prebook early because they may just be booked out! staff are very friendly and accommodating to everyones needs

Do not order the whiting as if is frozen crumbed and was overcooked. They did replace it however. I had. Red emporer at $49.00 and it had a sour flavour to it. I think maybe the spices on the skin. Very disappointing and won’t hurry back.

Honestly we had the best food, and nicest staff. Nothing was too hard and the kids loved the food too! Very good value for.money for a really great experience.

Busy, but it was New Years Eve so expected. Managed to get good table and staff were great, welcoming and as efficient as could be expected... Ordered Grilled squid mains but seemed light on squid for the price. It was really tasty and well cooked, but another few pieces would have been better. Same with beef cheeks Gnocchi... Lovely Sauce but light on beef cheeks. Everything tasted nice and fresh though...

Food was average, plating just felt it was slopped on (no care). Orders got mixed up. Service started off really good and as soon as it got busy it became erratic. I wouldn’t dine here again.

Christmas Day lunch menu was good. Sufficient quantity. Good quality and good service
