Excellent service. Good selection of food however desserts are not impressive.
Thr servise was poor and we didn't enjoy the meal at all. Won't go back again.
Nice place, good service at table, not at the register counter, staff had no smiles Food expensive and too much oils, we ordered green vegetables with garlic too much oil, after eating felt regretful. Dumplings are very good
Diners are good as before, but the service was worse than before
Great food and service. Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Nice place
food was nice, service was very attentive and big dining area.
Everyone loves it. Great food and value for money and great company. Food is fresh, warm and delivered in the nick of time. Very reasonable Champagne and wine list. Will be back soon for sure!
Amazing food, very fast service and friendly staff. Thank you
Citi Zen provided really delicious and authentic yum cha experience. Service was really good and everyone was doing a great job at serving and taking orders. My only gripe is that I specified all you can eat but wasn't told that there wasn't an option for that. It was for my birthday lunch so that was a little surprisingly but it's ok. Still happy to dine there again but will be mindful of that.
Enjoyable lunch. Service ok But could have been a little more attentive. Noise levels good
A restaurant for great service and has a large selection of quality food. I always enjoy being a return customer.
Great value all-you-can-eat Dim Sum Very prompt and attentive service Fast food delivery to Table Food quality are quite well presented Absolute gem to go with friends and family - the bigger group the better to sample their wide well crafted menu.
Last time here was about 4 years ago before covid. Very restricted food choice. Not steamer trolleys doing the rounds. Not the great experience it used to be.
$1 per person surcharge because it was Sunday! Oysters the size of 20c coins for $4 ea.
We had the all-you-can-eat yum cha which is great if you have a healthy appetite. The food came around quickly, freshly prepared and delicious. Tables are spaced out so you're not too close to other diners and the seats are very comfortable. Our favourites are the steamed BBQ pork buns, steamed pork ribs and mango pudding.
Fantastic food, great staff, a good atmosphere will be back
Consistently fabulous food and service! Thank you Citi Zen, lovely!
good service and comfortable. staff quite friendly and fast services.
Good food at good prices with a nice wine list
The website wouldn’t allow me to change the number of guests from 2 to 3. They accommodated us anyway. We didn’t share and one of the guest’s mains didn’t turn up until the others had finished their course. . Nice waiters and comfortable seating. Everything else was great. If not, too expensive.
We are from Qld and I went to Citizen about 15 years ago. Really enjoyed the experience then, as I did this time
We arrived at 1:20pm on a Sunday for Yum Cha and the kitchen closed at 2:30 pm. The food was good, hot, plentiful and varied. It was also great to see a gluten free menu. I would have liked to see better service. No-one explained that we could order different Yum Cha especially important as the kitchen was closing soon. We had to request a Yum Cha, drinks and gluten free menus. No one offered drinks including Chinese tea. Mind you once we asked for anything it came to us very quickly. Would I return? Yes now that I know how it works and I would book much earlier than 1:30pm.
We were on a tight time schedule to catch a Tram and see a show - CitiZen timing was spot on and the food was extremely tasty as has been my experience in the past.
I hadn’t been for a while and it was as expected. The best yum cha in Adelaide.
It was just a little lack of service. E.g our drinks were sitting on counter for a little while.
Food was well done. Staff could smile more - especially the front of house. Some kind of visual focal points internally would add another dimension. Paintings, sculpture lanterns - to signify what part of China you hail from. Kind regards, Phil Weir
overall a great experience all round. Loved the fried ckicken and orange flower duck
Good food plenty of variety so will go back again
The meat was no fresh…there are frozen food,no go there anymore.
On my visit. Delicious food, great service, realistic prices. Thumbs up
