Food was delicious and the portion size of the meals was spot on.

We booked a table so we could use our gift voucher but the employees struggled for about 20mins to work out how to process it. The previous time we came for dinner, they didn't know how to process it either. We ended up having to pay and were told we could use the voucher next time. After roughly 20mins we were told that they can't cook anymore food for the rest of the night because they were having issues with the lights. So we didn't end up eating at all and had to rush to get takeaway from somewhere else since most places were shut or about to shut. We got an alcoholic drink each, which we wished we didn't purchase as we had to have it on an empty stomach. The staff were very polite and apologetic. The light situation was not their fault but the voucher situation could've been dealt with better. Management could've made them aware of how to process the vouchers for future reference to avoid long delays or losing customers. Although I did appreciate the cash refund to avoid dealing with the voucher again. Also I was very excited for the pie speciality they normally have but was very disappointed to see they have taken it completely off the menu. Other times we've had dinner there, it was fantastic. I wish I could give a better review but I honestly don't have much positive feedback this time.
