Food was good, service prompt and friendly, staff .. a busy place

We all had a very different dish and they were all delicious. Nothing was left on a plate

Always a great meal and service is good. Bar service very good too and friendly

Dined on mega schnitzel Tuesday. Good schnitzel but extra $5 for veg is not great value. Small amount of veg and chips removed.

Another busy night with Trivia on at 7pm. Made a booking for 6.15pm still plenty of time to eat dinner as it comes very quickly.

We got to the Colliery inn about 5.30pm, there was a singer there, with some good music. We received our meal after about 20 mins, which gave us time to talk and catch up. Meals came out, must say changing the s&p squid to lemon pepper squid was a brilliant idea as no-one can get it right. All the meals were great.

Overall a good experience. Chicken schnitzel OK but not amazing. Drinks a bit expensive.

Friendly staff with service prompt and efficient - very good. Sunday roast was well worth it - pork tender, crackling yum and vegetables fresh - thank you it’s sometimes hard to find a pub serving old fashioned Sunday roast. We’ll see you again.

I ordered crumbed cutlets and usually they are really nice however the ones I had were awful. My husband had the schnitzel and he said it was very good.

It was the biggest and crunchiest schnitzel with lots of sauce. One of the best I’ve ever had from anywhere. I like the Colliery Inn because it’s a small pub and you can hear our conversation. We did wish the guys would have come and sold us some raffle tickets though!!!
