We waited for an hour for our food. We then asked the service staff to pack our food up so we could take it away. They then proceeded to take another 20 mins to put our food in a takeaway packet. They also forgot one of our friends meals when we were going to get everything packed into a takeaway container and we had to wait another 10 mins until they made it.

We did have to wait for 1 meal and had to follow up more than once. It was noticed that the chips were sitting on the counter for a while before being brought out with the burrito

Loved the electronic ordering. Floor staff are generally either all over you, or don't come anywhere near you. This way you are in control of ordering your food and drink. Just loved it.

Comuna was a decent place for lunch and both of us agreed we would go back. The food was tasty (spicy if you like that) and dollar wise acceptable for CBD dining. It is the type of place where you could have a pleasant lunch turning into a full afternoon soiree, with abundant margaritas and sangria. You order off a tablet menu, which is odd but easy to adapt to. The wait staff were pleasant and helpful. We did not wait too long, but getting there early is probably a good idea. A young crowd of diners. A little noisy for normal conversation. Depends on whether other diners are close by.

The staff were lovely and the food delicious. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Everyone who was in my party have commented how much they enjoyed themselves. I will be back for sure.

Great new handheld digitize ordering system however the food did take longer than expected to arrive. Usually fine, but lunch on a workday has limitations, though all was forgiven once a delicious meal was served

Tables were quite close together so there wasn't much in the way of dinning privacy. However the food and service was quite good. Would recommend.

Great food and drinks, very reasonably priced. Great service too. Love the range of starters and the agua fresca was delicious. Can't wait to visit again.
