I ordered veal, and in was smothered in a sauce that was bland and unseasoned. The veal was over cooked. First time in my life that l sent food back. So disappointed in my night. At least l didn’t end up paying.

Food is good! Like the pasta and pizza, service is ok

First time at this restaurant, had a seating for 6.15pm and was pushed to place our order when we were waiting on an extra person who was held up in traffic and could not find parking to arrive on time. Very disappointed with being rushed to order.

My family and I really enjoyed the taste and quality of the foods, and if you are interested in pasta and grilled seafood, I recommend Criniti’s Restaurant to you.😍

Over priced food was average at best. Waited a while to get the food. Was disappointed at the service and overcharged $36 for drinks we didn’t have.

We did my father in laws birthday- lunch and the reservation team were amazing all the way down to staff at the castle hill restaurant. They did a birthday drum, with complimentary cannoli tower. The food was amazing and the staff are super helpful.

The 3 meter pizza was impressive, and all the people enjoyed their food. However ordered drinks and dessert came out way too late. We had to eventually cancel the last 2 desserts.

Good food but the service was very slow and it was not a busy time

It was a great service from the Welcoming through the whole service, We have pasta different types all were great, desserts also amazing, the only bad part is the reservation duration, only 1h 30 min is not enough to have a good chat with family and friends. They should think to change to 2 hrs

Quick service despite being busy. One pizza slightly undercooked. But food is always good just a bit expensive so can’t go too often

I have dined at Crinitis many times and always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Today the food and atmosphere were average. My salad was the last thing to come to the table and it was a decent wait after my husbands pasta. Some of the food was also bland and quite under-seasoned. Aside from that, the staff constantly looked busy but never like they wanted to provide service and needed to be asked multiple times or sought after by leaving the table. Not until we moved our entree plates off our table did they clear them away having delivered all but my salad. They also didn’t take the extra glasses off the table as our drink orders came with their own glass and no table water was provided. For the price I expect a lot more and won’t be rushing back any time soon.

It was a bummer that 1/2 of our table of 7 didn’t get their meals until the other half had finished but we really appreciated the kind and generous offer of a bottle of wine to make up for it. We’ll be back as a result.

The concierge's accent was so thick it was incredibly hard to understand them. Food was good, but you are very pricey - $82 for a single course and drink for 2 people is right up there and your experience doesn't justify it.

Pasta over sauce, pizza was just sauce, forgot the drinks, and angry waiter

Online booking was very convenient and always sent reminder via emails and SMS. Food is delicious. Price is reasonable. Everything was good. Only the music, it is too loud to chat.

Staff, especially the barrister, was very accommodating and gave great service. Grilled chicken salad was fabulous (would order again) but my friend’s salmon salad was poor - half a plate of rocket with salmon and a couple of extra ingredients - only half a meal as she left half the rocket

Food not as good as it used to be, but serves were large. Noise was so loud inside. Service slow but good

Food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly.

Our table was booked for 6.30 to 8pm and we didn't get our meals until 7.30. To begin with service was good. They took our drink orders almost immediately after we sat down but after that service was very disappointing. We would have liked to order more drinks but nobody came near us. After waiting for a very long time and our dirty plates were still on the table we called for wait-lady and asked if we could order desserts and coffee. We have been to the Castle Hill restaurant many times and we were always happy with service but tonight the service was very bad

All good. although we were constantly reminded that we did have a booking with many emails.

They sat us earlier as we arrived early. However, the seating was right in the footpath of the pizza kitchen. Luckily nothing happened but it was early and not busy.

We didn’t stay. It was a terrible experience. We had reserved a table for four people, but they prepared a table for only two. No good service. Not enough staff that could assist customers as professional What a shame!

Staff very courteous Spaghetti marinara too overpriced and had very little seafood with 3 prawns all shells and too much thick spaghetti Had to ask for bottle of water twice after considerable time waiting Glass of wine $20…. Really You have a beautiful prime location

Disappointing, we were told they would inform us when they had our reserved table ready. We waited at the restaurant, no one seemed to care, we left.

We all enjoyed our meals - none of us ordered pizza. Criniti's pizzas are delicious, but so are some of the other items on the menu. Staff were all friendly and helpful despite being terribly busy. The noise levels always an issue at Crinit's Castle Hill. We arrived at a good time on a busy night, could see people who arrive half an hour later had a bit of a wait to be seated.

Don't like them serving drinks with their hands & not on a tray. Gave us the wrong, cheaper bill so they're lucky to have us honest people 😜. Table is too small and crowded.

Was denied for a more comfortable seating, instead had to squeeze in a small table for 4 people
