Had to ask for the wine list several times. Asked two separate waiters whether we could order. Got the wrong pizzas. All corrected, but staff a little lost and not interested.
The food was amazing, however the service left a little bit to be desired. The second drink we ordered never arrived and the table was never cleared after our main before we left. Also never offered a desert or coffee menu.
Amazing scenery. Food was excellent. Service was average. I would visit again
We had great service and advice on how much food to order.
Despite there only been 4 tables full at the restaurant the mains took too long to come out, once they did both mains we're significantly over cooked and the complaint to the staff seemingly endless and the replacement meal again significant amount of time to come out. Worst experience at crinitis so far.
Had the most disgusting meal looked like it had been heated in the microwave the pizza was sloppy the burger was dry and tasteless service was non existent and will never go back
Yummy food and atmosphere. Thank you for a great night
Awesome food. Tasty and delicious. I’ll definitely be visiting again
Great food and ambiance and service is always very Friendly
Great food!! Good atmosphere, we’d go back again. Cheers! SR
Took 15 minutes of sitting before someone offered to order a drink, no one ever came to offer further drinks after this. Our orders were taken wrong, entrees and mains were wrong. Had to ask 4 times for the bill and 3 times to get someone to come and take payment. Not good service.
The food was great and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.
We had an early booking at 5 PM as we were attending a show. After waiting to be seated and seemingly being ignored by the staff we had to walk into the restaurant to find someone to help seat us. About 20 minutes after placing our order a Waiter advised me that the pasta I had ordered was not available and would I like to order something else. He then just stood there and looked until I asked him for a menu to choose something else. When our meals came only two of the three meal were correct. I then had to wait for my correct meal to be cooked. My friends were already halfway through their meals by the time I received mine. We also had to request simple things like pepper, a glass of wine, more water for the table. Unfortunately the inadequate service was not limited to our table alone, the people sitting next to us twice ordered a bottle of wine and in the end, they went to the bar themselves. Food was nice but the service was very under par which is such a shame when you are situated in such a great location. Don't think I would bother to return.
The entree and main meals came out all together. The kitchen refused to take the main meals back.
The service was non existent, the food was way overpriced and not very good and we were overall very disappointed. We will not be back nor will we recommend, in fact we will advise people not to go.
Just sad experience Took forever to get attention Young inexperienced staff Food was less than average , saddest platter of antipasto I have ever had and same for that prawn and avocado salad. Soggy and disgusting Asked for cocktail and they had ran out of tomato juice ... on a Saturday lunch! And then asked for a bottle of rose. Only 3 average choices on offer , and staff came back 10min to say they had ran out of that one too .. then by the time we had finished no one ever came to clear platters, plates or asked if we needed more water or drinks as we were out of sparkling bottled water. Just no redeeming feature expect location and being kid friendly. The restaurants next door on the Wharf were packed and this was only 1/4 or less. Now we know why. Hope management reads this because it’s truly as sad lunch experience!
A disaster...we were told one of the meals was unavailable as they served the other meals then 45 mins.later it arrived - will NEVER RETURN
My daughter had her 16th birthday lunch there with her friends and they loved it.
Waited 15mins for booked table then put upstairs in overflow, meals (five people) arriving different times, sent two dishes back, utter chaos - booked our table weeks before based on good business meal experiences other locations- staff helpful but evening ruined
Excellent food, atmosphere, music, highly recommend it. Would definitely come back
Food was beautiful, drinks were great. Waiters were a bit all over the place and didn't seem organised but were very polite
Excellent staff, delicious food, accomodating to my family. Delicious wine, quality, home made pasta (cannelloni may be a little too cheesy), incredible pork ribs, seasonal veggies with butter, even though I asked without (so that was the only disappointment)...looking forward to returning.
Food to ages to arrive. There weren’t enough wait staff so I had to go looking for people when we needed anything. Asked for a bottle of water when we ordered our drinks but didn’t get one till the meal was over, despite a couple of reminders. Food quality was very ordinary.
When eating in an Italian restaurant you expect Al dente pasta and perfect pizza yes? Our food arrived about 7 minutes after ordering and we thought wow - that's fast and efficient. Unfortunately, fast didn't mean fantastic. The pasta was undercooked (tortellini boscaiola) and my Nonna Caterina pizza (that the waiter recommended) looked more like a salad than a pizza. In total we ordered four mains. 2 were good, 2 were not below average. The location at Woolloomooloo is perfect for a summer evening in Sydney, can't fault that. Our waiter was chatty, polite and invested in good service.
Awesome food and brilliant service. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Cocktails were very tasty. Food was scrumptious. Yum yum yum. Loved it and going back again.
Friendly staff who helped in give an overall pleasant experience for a large group.helped to change our booking when we turned up late due to transportation issues! 10/20 staff and amazing pizza!!
Overall, we had a good experience, but food took over an hour to come out and drinks service became slow as the night progressed. Have been to Crinitis Woolloomoolloo before and my experience there has been better in the past.
Excellent service, we felt like guests and no request was too difficult, very kid friendly. Will come back again. Food was fresh and generous. Recommended to all
