The food is always very tasty here, and the service is quick and thorough. The upgraded restaurant are very nice! I like the complementary ice cream and new sauce station.

We visited on a very hot day and were seated directly under a fan! The food was so delicious and staff were very helpful.

I love the sauce selection area. This has been so far our fave hotpot restau in cbd.

Average hotpot in the CBD. Definitely visit for the ambiance and freshness of the food.

Was a bit underwhelmed, the links I saw showed that you could choose your own ingredients. Bit of false advertising IMO. wasn't as great as I expected.

Flies flies flies everywhere 🤢. Even a small fruit flies came out of the "cage" from the sauce station. We are there at 5.30 when they just open. Obviously did not put enough care before they open.

Great atmosphere and was certainly an enjoyable experience with the family.

whenever I have a friend visit, I will always bring them to David's hotpot cos it's such good food at greater value! the tasting platter is so good and there are some unique dishes like dragonfruit minced pork wow!

my go to place whenever I'm craving hotpot... prices are fair, cheaper than their competitor. ingredients also very fresh!

I love the soup bases here and with the loyalty program, sometimes you can get free soup base! there's a good variety of meats and ingredients here for the hotpot! always a delight!

Fantastic experience, 1st time visit and we’ll be back. The staff were lovely. Only opportunity for improvement was that many of the drink items were not available & many signs suggested no BYO!

Food was fantastic! The soup base is definitely their signature dish. We had two flavours Tonkatsu Pork soup and the Mild Spicy soup. The mild was spicy so keep in mind when ordering. We also had the lamb slices, premium marbled beef slices & 6 tiger prawns which were so fresh and tender. The service was satisfactory. The QR code was not working so manually ordered on hard copy menu. Waiters and waitresses were not as attentive as expected when we wanted service. Overall, the food was to be recommended but be patient and we were allowed 90 minutes for our stay.

Food was great but they had an issue with the POS system and they manually calculated our bill but couldn’t print a receipt for us. I had to go back the next day to get a receipt and discovered they overcharged us. They did refund the overcharged amount but they didnt try to contact me, I had to go back to the restaurant the next day. I wonder if they would have admitted to overcharging us if I didn’t go back

The food was delicious, and it was my family of four first time. It was an awesome experience we went to at lunch time so it wasn't busy and it was a Tuesday. We over did it a bit but we enjoyed our time there. Our tummies were very happy. We ordered the set menu that was available and a few other dishes. I can't complain that every dish was sweetas. Thanks to YouTube and the reviews I researched it made us proud for us first timers. We will be back again. We appreciate the great service and atmosphere.

Staff were quite friendly :)) my friends soup was a little too spicy but stuff like that is hard to control because everyone’s level of spice tolerance is different so no complains there

Great experience, recommend bringing more people. The food is truly amazing, service was so-so. Hopefully next visit we could listen to the music instead of noise
