Darlinghurst couldn’t be happier to be the home of Eat Fuh, this hotspot on Victoria Street the second restaurant of Eat Fuh’s ever-popular Vietnamese food group. What started as a market stall soon grew into something more, this thanks to a reputation of serving possibly the best pho in all of Sydney. This family-run business is all about traditional cooking and fresh ingredients, resulting in real Vietnamese authentic flavour. The pho is obviously recommended – whether beef stew or vegan – but guests can also feast on tasty entreés, Vietnamese pancakes and rice dishes. Furthermore, the modern restaurant space is truly lovely, this thanks to a prime Darlinghurst cornerside location with nice indoor-outdoor flow and bright light filtering in.
