Overpriced - no service - loud and not value for the price

Terrible from the minute we sat down! We ordered our drinks, they took ages to come, my sister got the lemon lime bittersk which she said did not taste like it had any bitters in it at all. I got a sparkling water which was a big 700 ml and it didn’t come with a glass or anything, I’m not sure if they thought I was going to just drink it straight from the bottle? When we then placed our order for our food and she asked us what order we wanted it and we said we would have the corn first and then we have the rest as the main. We waited ages for our food, when it came, we got part of the main before we got the entree. The papa bravas were just chips with a few bits on top, very boring, then we got the tacos (delicious), our entree finally came but they only gave us one corn instead of one each so they had to take it away again. The birria tacos were awful. Everything had the exact same presentation - corn kernels, cheese, coriander, 2 corn chips and a wedge of lemon. It did not make sense. The food was terrible, the only thing we actually enjoyed were the prawn tacos, which were delicious. I would never go back again.

It felt unorganised from the moment we walked in. Line up out the door and waitresses seemed confused. Had more of a nightclub feel to it It was way too loud with music and chatter. They need to turn down the music and invest in acoustic panels….the food was “ok” but considering Glenelg has multiple Mexican options. They need to be on their A game. Don’t think I’ll go back in a hurry.

Food was good but service was very slow took an hour before we got the drinks we ordered

It was Saturday night. I had mentioned it was my birthday. Each of the staff came up independently and wished me a happy birthday. The meal was amazing - very flavourful with the right amount of spice. And good value. At the end of the night, the manager brought us each a full serve of churro's saying this is on the house and again wished me happy birthday - above and beyond. I'll be back for sure and soon.

Lovely experience for Friday Lunch with pleasant service and atmosphere

Two servers running the entire place on a Taco Tuesday. No service, no structure, no plan. Family night ruined. Not a way to run a business.

Food was really good and loved the atmosphere Drinks were good too

Felt like my orders were judged by the staff and it was awkward how often staff came to our table to ask us if we wanted to order more. We also found it a bit cheeky how there was a tax amount not included in the price on the menu which we only knew about when paying at the counter as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. That is extremely rare in Australia.
