The food is great. The staff are great. The service is great.

Meals & service very good. Have had lunch there on a number of occasions & never been disappointed.

Great traditional Australian restaurant. The steak was cooked perfectly and was beautiful. Ambience was great and service exemplary. Good wine at a good price point. Overall, can’t fault this place and will definitely come back.

Our meal was very good but disappointed to be asked to leave our table at only 4pm (booking was 3pm) due to a function which was expected to start at 5pm. This was particularly frustrating as there is no accessible toilets on the ground floor where we had to reconven. Upon returning to the First floor to access toilets later, the function had not started and we were told it was not scheduled until 6pm. I was also told there was toilets on the Second Floor but the Second Floor button in the lift was not functioning. Overall, a shame our dining experience was marred by these events.

Delicious food but very noisy guests. They drowned out my conversations.

Great service. Great food. Had the steak. Well cooked. Sides were nice and complimented meal. A little on the expensive side (still reasonable). The room was noisy (not a huge issue) but thankfully there wasn’t any background music. Will still go back but for more special occasions.

The young lady who served us was very pleasant and you should recognize her for her customer service. My only complaint would be that I and my guest needed to leave because of the next table booking, so next time I will take a later booking. Other than that, it was experience was the Fairmont I know and love!

The sign out the front says “Sydney’s Finest Steaks”. I reckon they could be right. Great food, excellent service and a no fuss environment.
