Noisy but disappointing to be moved half way through meal.. not given an option, won’t be back..

My rib-eye was just the fat. Poor quality meat unfortunately.

A very pleasant experioence except for the noise seemed louder than usual and the wait time for he meal was longer than usual.

Good experience and nice ambience and services and services and good coerience.

The steaks are second to none , the staff are so attentive without being overbearing and a lovely dinning room. Go here you won’t regret it !

Awesome food, drinks and service - as always. Very friendly staff. Fairmont is very good value for money which is why we enjoy coming back. A bit noisy today and not always easy to hear the conversation at our table.

Staff are lovely and attentive. We asked for a break between entre and main (steak & lamb with salad & fries), but the mains arrived whilst I was finishing my entre, so they took them away. We ordered our 2nd bottle of wine and asked for the mains, they were the same ones and served luke warm, so they were removed & fresh new ones were cooked served some 20 minutes later. They were cooked perfectly, sauce stunning but meat was flavourless, we assume they were Sous Vide. Disappointing, we have been there before & loved our dining experience.

The rib eye was a bit of a fatty & gristly mess. Rest of the meal was good though

Rib eye was basically a lump of chewy fat. I know it’s not a fine dining steak house, but for $50 you’d hope for a lot more. Noise levels are out of control too. Can’t hear the person opposite you

Have been to the Fairmont numerous times and always a great place for lunch with mates. Best steaks in the CBD.
