Fitzroy Food Co.

The Fitzroy burger was nice, the bread was a bit soft so the burger fell apart when eating. Service is on the slow side but it's a nice venue.

It was delicious! Can highly recommend their baccello, lovely big serving sizes keeping me happy after a soggy walk around the city. Their food has never failed to disappoint me, and I don't think it will!

Food was imaginative, well presented, genuine and very tasty. Enthusiastic, young serving staff some of whom are still learning on the job but they helped make the over all experience very enjoyable. Good value too. Will certainly come back.

I had a lovely experience at Fitzroy Food Co. The food was delicious, it was great value for money and the service was excellent! I highly recommend a visit.

Service and food arrival a little slow. The veal was so salty, the meal had to be returned. Abundance of flies (was there an insect zapper?). Long wait after calling for the bill. Possibly not for a return visit. Sorry.

The selectiion was varied, out food was superb, service was friendly. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely. Would definitely recommend to friends and associates.

Our food took a long time to come out. We had to follow up with the staff. We think they forgot about our order as others who arrived after us got their meals before us. Having said this, the food was very tasty

Food was good - on a par with the price. Little atmosphere. Wait staff seemed very inexperienced. Little happened in the way of “hosting” and staff seemed to disappear for long periods.

Great food and great staff.. served quickly, good place to go for a bite to eat when in a hurry or if you are meeting friends after work.

Fabulous food and very good service. My friends and I enjoyed a very pleasant meal to celebrate a birthday. We had a great table by the open window.....couldn't have been nicer.

Every dish seemed to have a cream sauce of some sort including the fish and vegetables. Service was good value is ok. Atmosphere is very good.

Very nice rump steak with the parsnip & potato purée. Service is good and food are fresh. Price is also reasonable but parking is a bit issue on the weekend. Highly recommended !!!

Great pasta (ordered the pork ragu and seafood linguine), plus perfectly cooked scallops as an entree. Good, reasonably priced glasses of wine too. Service good although we had to ask for our wine.

Fitzroy Foods offers a warm and friendly space, as always the food was fantastic! The staff are amazing and very attentive. Great place for breakfast, dinner or lunch.

All the food was really yummy. The portion sizes were generous and reasonably priced. A nice little spot and close to the water for an afternoon stroll. Very enjoyable.

We had majority of the entrees that where amazingly presented and very tasty. Location was great, busy and staff where very friendly. Highly recommend for lunch and is BYO.

First came to the restaurant for lunch 2 weeks ago for a friends birthday. Was so good came back for breakfast. Food was great, service was excellent and prices were good

The food was good- unfortunately the service was below average- it was a very quiet night and we had to call the waitresses over several times- to take our order, clear out plates etc.

Amazing customer service from all of the staff at Fitzroy & Co alongside delicious food. Great value for money with a large range on the menu to cater for everyones' needs and preferences. Perfect environment for a enjoyable meal.

The restaurant is neat and clean. The waiting is nice. But the food is not as good as expected ( steak and burgers), and overpriced.

I always enjoy my time at the Fitzroy Food Company. I can tell you that my friends and I thoroughly our salads last Tuesday for lunch.

The food was delicious and service was very attentive and friendly. A few small things such as the linguine actually being pappardelle and some desserts not being available otherwise this would have been a 6/6. The fried pumpkin gnocchi was to die for!

Awesome location, easy to access. Staff was friendly and so helpful, and food for our party of three was scrumdidlyumptious! Pricing really good too. Highly recommended, and will most definitely be returning to Fitzroy on Fitzroy.

Great food and excellent attentive service. I went last weekend for my niece's birthday and the staff were very friendly and made the kids feel very welcome. Food was exceptional too!

Overall a nice meal, albeit my wife's meal was unfortunately disappointing. Beef cheeks should be slow cooked not grilled they were very tough. Generally not up to the standard as per our previous visit last year.

The food was fine but service was slow and inattentive. It would take us multiple attempts to get the wait staff attention and we waited so long for the dessert that we just cancelled the order.

Selection of food extensive, food was for the most part good- haloumi was over cooked and dishes very bready. Wine was nice. Cocktails were not - very sour and overdone with citrus.

The food was awesome. However we found the seervice a little slow. They've completely forgot the coffee order. A little inflexible with payment - couldn't accept some cash plus a credit card.

I have been to this restaurant a few times and have experienced professional, friendly service and very tasty food. I will go back again. We had a quick meal before the Ensemble Theatre.

Good menu with something for everyone, quick to bring coffees ( 5 points!) and friendly staff. I like the mix of traditional breakfast items and more adventurous options such as the house-smoked salmon and chopped egg open sandwich.

My husband and I had a wonderful night at the Fitzroy Food Company. The ambience was great, we had a lovely table, the service was excellent and the food amazing! It is one of my favourite places at the moment.
