A must visit if you want a nicely laid out place with delicious food. Fantastic kids food and drinks menu and a play area inside for little ones and a playground outside. Booking is a must as there is often a queue to get in

Never disappointed. Just would love the staff to come to our table without having to wave them down to start our order, or to come back when they promised to come back to add to our order, we are weekly regulars & know the menu. The reception team are a gem, especially Marie or is it Maria, (silly brain has forgotten her correct name), she is a wiz at her job & does it with all grace & class. Was not pleased or satisfied with this visit to Frankies. Horrible customer service, waited for 30 mins with no one coming over to take our order, had to hail one down, and still they were walking away from our table. Had to ask twice for highchairs, napkins, cutlery, water?? Are these people in the right industry??! Do they know what they are suppose to do?? And then the food....Pancakes were dry, my poor baby was hungry so she just ate it. Really appalling.

This day was a very busy day for Frankies. Didn’t realise until we arrived at the venue. Not sure how they were managing customers but I saw staff taking in customers without bookings prior to those who had bookings already. Eventually we got a table 20 mins after our booking time. Anyway after we were seated it was ok from there. Food always on point. Look seating customers I think should be managed better and prior should be taken for those with bookings.

Always enjoy the yummy food. Just find it hard to get the attention of the serving staff after our food arrives, it’s like they scatter all away. It would be nice if we get visited (1 or 2 times) while we eat our food & asked if we need anything. But everything else spot on.

Good vibe and beautiful looking place to dine. My wife and I loved the food and restaurant. Greeter at the door was friendly and helpful. Others were not as friendly and had to flag down for help or additional drinks/food.

The noise of other guests was quite loud at times. I appreciate this is not the fault of the restaurant, however it was difficult to hear those sitting next/across from me due to the loudness of other diners periodically.

Food was excellent, large serves & everything was packed with flavour. Something for everyone, we will be back!
