The most perfect place for a grandmother to take her grandchildren on a beautiful spring day. Excellent service, menu and facilities that suit all age groups.

We booked so did not have to wait. It was very crowded so expected it to be noisy and chaotic. Food was lovely Service was prompt Coffee was hot. Lovely experience

We were a table of 8 and we were placed right near the play area with noisy children and none of us have children so that was a bit annoying. The service was mediocre because we had to call someone over to take our order and then we hadn’t to call someone else to take away our plates because we were brought coffee and dessert without our lunch plates being cleared. The food and drinks were delicious so we’ll definitely be back but better service would be appreciated next time.

The food was overall okay, My friend’s breakfast burger was very small, and had an extremely runny egg, which was not enjoyable. It would have been nice if he was asked how he would like his egg cooked which has happened at other places we have attended. The service was excellent from the gentleman that brought us our food but the lady who took our order spoke extremely quietly and wasn’t very helpful. Overall the restaurant was well set out and a lovely place to catch up with friends, but wish things were a little different. Thanks.

We made a reservation online and when we arrived, we were promptly seated which was nice. I had requested a high chair in my online booking and it was not at our reserved table. I had to ask twice for one to be brought over. The restaurant was packed and while there were lots of staff around, their attention to detail was lacking. I had to ask several times for water and new cutlery to be brought to the table. When our food arrived for lunch, it was great- however half the table received their food. The staff realised this and brought out the rest of the order 5-10 minutes later- with the exception of 1 meal (kids mini cheeseburger). We asked 4 times for the missing meal and when it finally arrived, 20 minutes had passed and the rest of the table had finished their lunch. When paying the bill, I was asked how everything was, so I told the staff member about the late food. The remedy offered was 5% off that late meal, ie 55c off vs my total bill of over $200. While the food and drinks were good, for the price of the meals, I would expect better service. Based on that, it's not really worth the price. The playground is a good distraction for kids but there are other kid friendly options locally that offer better value and better service. We will return but not in a hurry.

After booking online, we arrived to be directed to the counter to enquire about our booking only to be directed to a table that was being cleared but it didn’t seem to matter that I had made a booking as we were left for some time with no attention. Whilst staff are pleasant, they seem to be overworked as the place was full and it took at least 20 minutes to attract someone’s attention to place our order, as no one seem to know that we were there and needed to be attended to. Date scones arrived and were tough due to being microwaved. Disappointing experience and it is apparent that there is no visible or active supervisor to coordinate the staff and customers.

we got our table quickly (pre-booked - unlike the long line of people that just turned up without booking). The food was alright tasking but $12 for the loaded thickshake was a tad much given only 1/2 ever gets drunk. the "loaded" thickshake was impressive to look at though. Unfortunately after the meal was eaten the coffee still hadnt arrived and we had to chase it up with the servers who had forgotten it. This is our second visit there and second time they've forgotten part of our meal.

We came with children and grandchildren. They loved the play area and we loved that it was safe and fenced up. The food was exceptional and so was the service. We will be visiting on a regular basis.

+ Food was very good and came fairly quickly for a Sunday breakfast. + can accommodate larger groups - Food is extremely expensive though compared with other cafes. Coffee is way overpriced and $1 extra for decaf or soy etc makes it more expensive than the best inner city cafe -timing your visit to 1 1/2 hours puts pressure to eat and get out quick.

Food is a little on the pricey side! The playground area is great for the kids! When i asked a staff member to do something about a couple of children that were throwing equipment around she said yeah no worries let me talk to my manager. She came back to me and said sorry my manager said we cant do anything about it because the children throwing the equipment around are not our responsibility! Fair enough the kids are not your responsibility but its flower powers play equipment and i hope that you guys dont sued oneday! Sorry but this wasnt the response i expected from a manager.

It's definitely my favourite brunch place in the area. The food is delicious, however the portion size could be bigger for the price. Otherwise excellent place.
