The food was amazing but the service was pretty bad. Our order was wrong and the staff seemed overwhelmed.
The setting is awesome... the food is good.. the price aint bad... it is more for families with small children
Confusion about our drink order and wrong drinks bought to table, but otherwise great food and quick service
I ordered chicken salad and a pasta dish. Both my mum and myself got very sick! The pasta was drenched in chilly oil. The place was so busy and hectic but I don't know why. Food and service very disappointing I will never eat there again.
We waited over and hour for food and it didn't arrive. Apparently someone else had taken in? We were able to get our drinks free when asked which was appreciated.
Good food, surrounded by nature , service was great !
food is great, but the house toast needs to be 3 slices, and cut thicker so it doesn't dry out as much.
We were 8 ladies, all having a different lunch with no complaints. Food was well presented, tasty and nothing left on the plates at the end of the meal. We will definately be returning.
Service was TERRIBLE!! Staff didn't acknowledge on arrival, Meals came out with 10+minutes between plates, we had to ask for our drinks after a completing our meals and our 2 juices (1 of which was a kids popper straight from fridge) still weren't served. All this at opening time... With only 1 other table with guests......... Really disappointed. Last time, was fantastic - and they were full house!
So happy I used your booking service.Fantastic birthday brunch atmospheric
I have put an additional note in the initial booking that we will require a high chair as we obviously have a baby. However that didnt matter as we have to ask for the high chair, and we were allocated to seat outside where it's a littl3 but too cold for the kids. Oh and lucky there was an availale table inside that we saw!
staff were very stressed and it showed. Food was nice though
Very busy Sunday lunch, after a short wait to be seated we really enjoyed the day. The food and service was excellent. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going again. The pulled pork sliders were brilliant !!!. Thanks Frankie’s
Was offered $2 discount after finding a piece of cut- off plastic in my burger. Disappointing. Obviously not interested in retaining a loyal customer.
I loved the fact the kids could play while me and my husband had a convo while we could see them. Loved the restaurant
Food was amazing as usual. We love coming here. Great venue
Staff were very friendly and food was good will recommend
It was busy but service was exceptional and good came out fast. Food and coffees were great. Special request at time of booking was adhered.
the food is great, except for the house toast (sourdough) which should be at least 3 slices .... and cut thicker, so it doesn't dry out so much!
Great service and yummy food. My friends were very happy they will definitely come back with their families . Happy days
The food was nice and the wait staff friendly. We did have to line up and wait some time for our lunch reservation. The staff were very busy- maybe needed more on staff for a packed Sunday crowd. Will go again but not in a weekend.
Popular eatery, with good food and nice surroundings. Second time here.
Love the staff the food is amazing 10/10 definitely will be back
Good food fast service great area for kids to play
Good, very inclusive environment family friend good for kids and pets
The food is always great at Frankie’s. The main issue is the staff not very attentive and you constantly have to chase someone down.
I was with a small bus group of oldies. I had booked but we were seated outside and it was quite cool. We did have heaters around us, but it was still quite cool. Everyone enjoyed the scones we had, but they would have been much nicer if they had been warmed up. they were quite heavy. The staff we encountered were very nice and friendly. We would definitely visit again.
I love this place. Unfortunately today’s visit wasn’t the best. We booked a table but someone else took it so we were left without a table. The waitress did everything she could to rectify it but we ended up squashed and sharing a table with another group, so I stood up the whole time, and didn’t enjoy my food. It’s harder because I was pregnant. Otherwise the place is great if you book, it gets very busy
Great service, delicious food, great environment, fun for the whole family
Great brunch venue! Perfect for a lazy weekend with friends.
Great Food,Good Service, Family Friendly, great venue for big family’s and an all weather playground.
Terrific atmosphere and food. We will go back again very soon.
the House Toast needs to 3 slices, and cut thicker so it doesn't dry out!
Everything was perfect including the service. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Great restaurant, service a little slow due to high volume of diners but the food is well worth the wait! This is our 3rd time here already 😃
But for all the dropped plates and cups by wait staff was an enjoyable experience.
Great atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. Will definitely visit again
As always great atmosphere, service and especially staff. Quite busy. Food was almost perfect. Ordered the Chorizo hot pot (Eggs a little undercooked) and Big Breakfast.
Great food and great service. Make sure to book a reservation as waiting lines can be lengthy.
i like my toast with vegemite, which i eat every time, at our favorite breakfast haunts, where i always get 3 thick slices of sourdough toast, butter and vegemite ... But twice now at Milperra, i have only received 2 slices of sourdough toast, cut too thinly and consequently very dried out, with very tiny containers with only scrapings of vegemite inside. It might might be a small thing to some people, but if your hungry and it's your breakfast favorite, then it's actually very disappointing. My wife loves the food she has ... and i will be definitely being trying other dishes myself from time to time, because the food looks and smells great. But if i want my favorite breakfast of vegemite on buttered sourdough toast, we will probably be going elsewhere.
