The food is great but the service is mediocre as they are just too busy and understaffed for the size of the place.

Frankies always has great food and it’s great for the kids. I wish the carousel area was a bit closer to the outside so that kids can play with both and parents can keep an eye on them in one spot. Otherwise it’s a great place to go!!

The food is great and the ambience is good. The staff who attended to us was very rude. We placed an order and by mistake we had two banana breads come out and we gently said we didn’t order the same . The staff was rude to say I read your order out and I never make a mistake etc and we simply said to make it a take away. Simple resolution but this person took it all personal and in turn a bad experience to us.

Servers were rude and were very sarcastic. When asked for jug of water, my tables had to wait 30 mins for it to arrive.

The wait staff are rude, confused and get orders wrong. I had to repeat our order to the waiter four times. Other wait staff repeatedly knocked into my pram whilst my newborn was asleep. The only thing staff are clear on is that we vacate the table on time.

I had the keto salmon salad. Cpuld hardly find any salmon and there was far too much dressing on it..was compketely drenched. Toilets were not looked after..lots of rubbish on the floor and bins over flowing. I thought iy very expensive for 8 people $250.00 for a main course and one beverage.

They accommodated us really well despite them being so busy and people just complaining everywhere! I think patience needs to make a big comeback because they did the best they can and they did really well to accomodate everyone so thank you for you warm service. We had 7 ppl booked but 4 more showed up and it being packed they still helped us as best as they could so thank you

Nice food and atmosphere. Outdoor area was pet-friendly. Busy on weekends so bookings make for a faster seating time.

The food was fantastic as always but the service was not. Half the meals came out 10 minutes before the others so half of us were able to start eating while the others waited. Each time we visit we have to ask multiple people multiple times for a high chair. Wait staff can be abrupt.

The meal just wasn’t presented very well I booked but just walked in and found a table as nobody was there to sit us.

Lunch / play date for myself, daughter & 2 granddaughters with family friends including 2 adults 2 children. Kids enjoyed their pancake slidders and chicken nuggets with chips plus the playground. Adults enjoyed great meals followed by tasty coffee. All 8 meals served promptly so we got to eat together!!!

What a fantastic lunch. We chose Frankie’s to celebrate our daughters 4th birthday. And even though some family were late we did not feel rushed and food was prompt. Service was excellent and waitress spot on. Going to recommend to everyone. Thank you!!!

We booked for a group of 14 and the lunch was perfect. Great service, food was delicious and they even had vegan and gluten free food options for my sister and sister in law. Everyone loved it

We just sat down and not even settling down yet the girl came and asked us if we wanted to order, we said we havent looked at the menu yet and that we will order coffee first. She then said due to the overwhelming orders of coffee and how busy they are she will come back and get our coffee and food order later?????!!!!!!! Havent been to a place that wouldnt take my coffee order first. 30 minutes went by and after attempting to ask a few staff members to place our orders finally after so many attempts someone finally came to get our order. The foods came out 15-20 minutes apart. The food was ok not the greatest for price paid. The atmosphere was amazing. Too bad the experience wasnt the best for the first time going there. Would i recommend it, for plant lovers yes but to others probably not although its a great place for kids.

Foods awesome and it’s not noisy like most other restaurants. Thank GOD!!
