Lamb Ragu Bianco was amazing. Service was quick and efficient.

We love the Coffee and the breakfast. We always get great service with a smile.

Presentation of meals was good but we found it quite expensive for the venue !

Everything was nice . Breakfast was beautiful, coffee just needs to be hotter it was just like warm

By having less seating available than normal due to the Corona virus the noise level was well down on normal and this made the whole experience of dining at Frankies so much more enjoyable.

Quick and friendly service. Food and coffee enjoyable. Reason for 😐 answer was that there was a very loud woman laughing next table to us. So loud we could not hear each other . Not Frankies fault but was annoying.

I booked a table because i have been before and it was very busy! Upon arriving I was greeted by “how many?!” I went on to tell them i reserved a seat out near the playground and was told to just go and pick a spot. We went outside and found a spot then spent the next 20 min trying to flag someone down to order, 2 people told us they would get someone who could take our order . After ordering our food did come out rather quickly however no cutlery was on the table for us and we had to ask 2 staff members before a handful of knives and forks where thrown down onto the table. One of the portions of food was half the size of another, we mentioned it to a staff member who only looked at us and told us she would let someone know then walked away, after waiting 5-10 min and bother we began to eat however we never heard back from her or anyone. Was disappoint in the waitstaff.

A great location, an extensive menu at mid level prices and generous servings. Desserts are excellent. Staff are attentive . Appreciated the misting in the semi outdoor section on a warm day.

The coffee and drinks are great, the food is delicious and wide range for all including vegans. Only issue is when it’s full the table service is slow but there’s a great playground for kids while you wait. Definitely book before you go so you can walk wight in

Had a lovely brunch for my mother-in-law’s birthday. Fantastic service, amazing food, beautiful scenery and the mist they spray periodically kept everything cool. Staff are so lovely and attentive and although it was very busy, the service was fantastic. Can’t fault the place and will definitely go back regularly.

Met my girlfriends for lunch on Saturday. We all were impressed with the selection of meals available on the menu. Our meals were well presented and tasty. Fresh juices were delicious and great coffee. Will be back

Pretty good service for a busy place. I asked for a table inside and got it. Told the waitress over the phone I would like a candle put in my friends French toast order and they did it for me without me reminding them so I was super happy bout that! Awesome interior and good food options too. Love coming here!! Especially great with kids. Thank you

The worst and slowest service I've ever experienced anywhere! Terrible!

The playground was perfect for our Christmas event since we have alot of kids. However, different orders kept coming to our table. The service and food was okay. Price is abit high for the quality of food. I have tasted better for the cost and portion.
