Staff are lovely and helpful and food is always fresh

It was not as busy but can see that the noise levels could be a lot higher if it was busy which would change my rating

Unfortunately we were served wrong meals, double up on drinks and finally charged for 4 coffees that we did not have. Disappointing.

It is a very noisy place, impossible to have a conversation, as everyone around you is just jelling. Food came before drinks, because the waiter forgot about them. The food was just ok, I had a vegetarian pasta which was very plain. My partners mushroom ravioli were tasty.

pizza doe was too soaked and pasta wasn't great .

The food (kids pasta and pizza) was generous and tasty. The noise was overwhelming which meant we ate and got out quick! It was very busy with vivid on, so pleased to sit down but some sound proofing would make for a much better atmosphere

Interesting, well presented modern Italian food. Good service. Earthy atmosphere in the basement of an old sandstone building. A good evening, all round.

Nice restaurant, quite dark though, service was good, restaurant is very loud though so it was really hard to hear people.

Waiting times were long, even just for beverages. Food was bland and portion sizes were inconsistent. It was also very noisy at lunchtime.

Getting booted off the table after 1.5 hours, really? Mid drink still in hand? Not much of a happy hour I’m afraid especially as several other tables remained empty when we left.

The food was delicious & large servings which was great. I was brought the wrong wine but they quickly changed it. I would go again with the $49 3 course meal for 2.

Food was ok my pasta rago was watery. Service was average. Had to ask several times for the waiter to take drink orders throughout the experience. Was mildly friendly but in an absent minded kinda way. Not great value for money all things considered. Almost impossible to find. Extremely noisy. There were only 5 other parties in the entire room. Had high expectations because of my experience with other fratelli but I was underwhelmed.

The food was great and the location is really centrally located. The restaurant is great for a more informal, social lunch or dinner. Great wait staff as well.

The reastaunt is clean, has a nice atmosphere and is easily accessible. Better still the food is exceltent and the service professional, friendly and helpful.

We had a work lunch at Fratelli today and it was perfect! Some chose to share some dishes and some chose to have their own, and it was all delicous!

Food was fine but not overly exciting, service was on a par but not overly attentive. Was located in a back corner table, so was effective out of eyesight and focus.

Great food and good service. Bit noisy only small matter but want to keep the buzz happening. Sometimes a queue outside but it seems to disperse reasonably quickly. My QF FF is 00083203

Food was excellent. Same for service. Very accommodating when I needed to swap tables. Willingness to split the bill on credit cards (even though we eventually paid by card)
