OK overall. Food was good. Waitress got order wrong. In today's modern, connected world and in a central CBD business environment, it's hard to believe that Fratelli Fresh doesn't have access to free Wifi for customers. Even small corner cafes have this now. Made worse by FF coming up as a secured Wifi option on my mobile but, on asking for the password, I was told this was only for the use of management and staff. Not good enough.
Happy hour is great value. Staff were friendly and attentive. The table we were seated at made it hard to talk to eachother or hear eachother (big round table) 5 pizzas were good.
Excellent food & tiramisu in a coffee mug. The air con was blasted so a bit too cold to fully relax & enjoy your meal.
The food and service at Fratelli Fresh was fantastic! the only thing was it was a bit difficult to hear each other as it was a bit loud
Very poor service, the food arrived to the table quickly and as a result cold. We booked online and phoned to ensure that we had a table and space big enough for our guests and when we arrived the space was short 2 seats. Very disappointed given all the advertising Fratelli Fresh do - the advertising does not represent the experience!
Great location and delicious food! Only downside is it's very noisey so hard to hear conversations. Would recommend cannelloni! Great wine and cocktails as well!
The food was great and we didn’t have to wait long. However every dish lacked serving spoons and we were a group sharing the dishes.
