Food was too quick. Didn’t get to really enjoy it. For $300 for 2 should get more than an hour at your table. Would struggle to recommend.

We loved our first time visiting Ginza Teppanyaki. Our chef Elman was amazing, very friendly and entertaining. Would highly recommend a visit.

I think it would be nice to invest in clean fresh toilets. We paid good money for the food and the toilets were very tired and grotty. This doesnt not match your price positioning. We loved our meal and restaurant experience, thank you!

The food is ok, but price is up market. For Teppanyaki the value is the chef's cooking and cutting skills. At the event, the fried rice wasn't cooked on the hot plate (it was prepared elsewhere) and the vegetables wasn't sliced on the spot (it was pre-pared). It took the fun out of Teppanyaki. The tea was served with one pot per customer. It would be more appropriate to have one pot per 3-4 customers. So there is room for improvement.

Great food and really fun experience for my 11 year old nieces who enjoyed the bowl and egg catching games.

The chef we had rushed the food through. Our girls were struggling to keep up. Also the chef cooking had 0 personality compared to the other stations. For $520 it was pretty average

The food is pretty average. Would be great if we were asked how we like our meat cooked. I personally like mine well done but all meat were medium rare. My kids squirmed at the sight of the blood. The fried rice isn’t that great. Not given the option to substitute things we don’t like; like the veggies & soup. Seems too pricey for what we get. As a people pleaser my anxiety hit hard when my kids, who love Japanese food, didn’t want to eat anything 😓

Hats off to Resley and all staff. They made us fell very welcome. Visiting from Tasmania with my wife Shannon & celebrating our 6th Wedding Anniversary at Ginza Teppanyaki. After a fun day at the tennis we enjoyed a fun and entertaining night out with the kids. Delicious food and very fun atmosphere. We have a son with sesame allergy, he had to have the set menu which he didn’t touch (despite asking for Al a carte). And his bib came with ‘sashimi’ allergy written on it. Other than that, a great night and we enjoyed it.

It was a fun experience because of the food thrown by our Chef. Unfortunately, we left hungry. Would I return, probably not.

The chef, Bruce and our waitress Ashley were delightful. They answered our many questions and added to the wonderful experience of the night. The food was magnificent, and the games were great fun. However, the ladies toilets need a deep clean. The floor felt and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Your feet stuck to the floor and it was a real disappointment

Our group had a great time, the service was outstanding and the chef was alot of fun. The food was a high standard and tasted great but for the price the serving sizes could be bigger.

The overall experience re dining and interaction was amazing however, the restrooms were disgusting. We had visitors from France with us and they were horrified at the state of the bathrooms.

super quiet when we went in. probably coz it was a wednesday. a little different format to the usual teppanyaki we're used to but it was still yummy. chef understood the task.
