Everything was amazing but the best part was our server and chef Hannah who was fun, friendly, and made amazing food! Second experience for two of our party, and first time for one - wonderful time. And I loved being made to feel extra special for Mothers Day :)

This was one of the best experiences at a restaurant that we have had. It was fun, great atmosphere. I love how the tables are put together with other people, makes you meet new people and have fun! The food was beyond amazing so fresh and cooked to perfection.

We had an amazing time at Ginza on the weekend, and I would definitely recommend.

Each visit to Melbourne is not complete without teppanyaki with our family and friends at Ginza. Great service, great food and great fun!!!

The experience was fun and entertaining, the food was decent quality, but the overall price was a tad too high for what the teppanyaki experience offers. Also keep in mind that they do not offer alternatives for items if you have allergies - they will just remove the item from the set.

Food was nice but had some interesting combinations - mashed potato and a small toast dish. Fried rice also wasn't prepared in front of you. Our favourite Teppanyaki is still in Brisbane.

Food was too quick. Didn’t get to really enjoy it. For $300 for 2 should get more than an hour at your table. Would struggle to recommend.

I think it would be nice to invest in clean fresh toilets. We paid good money for the food and the toilets were very tired and grotty. This doesnt not match your price positioning. We loved our meal and restaurant experience, thank you!

The food is ok, but price is up market. For Teppanyaki the value is the chef's cooking and cutting skills. At the event, the fried rice wasn't cooked on the hot plate (it was prepared elsewhere) and the vegetables wasn't sliced on the spot (it was pre-pared). It took the fun out of Teppanyaki. The tea was served with one pot per customer. It would be more appropriate to have one pot per 3-4 customers. So there is room for improvement.

Great food and really fun experience for my 11 year old nieces who enjoyed the bowl and egg catching games.

The chef we had rushed the food through. Our girls were struggling to keep up. Also the chef cooking had 0 personality compared to the other stations. For $520 it was pretty average

The food is pretty average. Would be great if we were asked how we like our meat cooked. I personally like mine well done but all meat were medium rare. My kids squirmed at the sight of the blood. The fried rice isn’t that great. Not given the option to substitute things we don’t like; like the veggies & soup. Seems too pricey for what we get. As a people pleaser my anxiety hit hard when my kids, who love Japanese food, didn’t want to eat anything 😓
