We were a little disappointed with the kid's food as they were given fish and calamari. Most kids prefer meat over seafood, so they didn't eat theirs, we had to share ours.

Chef (Bruce) was excellent. Food was brilliantly prepared ... and the games at the end were first-rate. Highly, highly recommend.

Our chef Chey was incredible, his culinary skills whilst keeping my kids entertained throughout- made for a wonderful experience celebrating our New Year’s Eve! Beef like butter, prawns the size of my hand. Kids ate everything. Thanks Chey! We will be back.

We love taking our friends to Ginza so they can experience the delicious food and enjoy the entertainment from the very talented Chefs! It's a unique experience that we've enjoyed many times and we always love seeing everyone having such a great time!!

Lovely staff, jovial atmosphere, quality food, suitable for an 11 year old whilst not dumbing down for adults. They were able to accommodate us coming earlier than expected, and made a fuss for my wife birthday. I know authenticity is sometimes questioned by those that know more than me, but like a theatre restaurant you go for the overall experience, and in that they answered the call.

Quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime but it was a great lunch. Food excellent, well priced and filling. Drinks service was a little slow (maybe not a bad thing)

Only issue was their air extraction rangehoods were clearly in need of grease filters to be either changed or cleaned as such all foods smells from grill ended up in our clothing 🤦‍♂️

Started off slow but it got exciting in the end which I would of preferred the excitement first to keep my intrigue then then eating

The food was amazing and we enjoyed it. Staff were great, over all highly recommended.

Calamari was over cooked and rubbery, replaced with salmon which was a nice gesture until my partner cut into the piece and it was still raw in the centre. Now if you’re getting a cooked slice of salmon you’d expect it to be cooked which is wasn’t, when asked if this was suppose to be this way they said yes and it was acceptable to eat. I’m sorry but for what you pay, and the service you receive. I’d pass on this are find a nice dumpling house. This is not worth it! No matter how much egg they chop at you or flames they make.

Staff we so accommodating to our children - encouraging them to try new foods and even offering lollies to calm down tantrums! Plus the food was incredible!

Service was good however flavour and quality of the food was lacking. Everything was drenched in one sauce, no variety for the price.

We are visitors from Perth and it is the third time we have been here and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves but again. Great entertainment, food and staff. Definitely in our recommends. We take new friend and family there when we visit. Specially Love the Aladdin rice wine. Thank you for such a wonderful night. ❤️

My wife and l had the Seafood Menu but it was too quick with each part of the set menu. We had a 7pm booking and were finished up at 8pm for $268.

Chef was very inexperienced and was not the usual high standard of fun and theatrics that I’ve come to expect from Ginza. He did not cook the egg properly when doing the egg game. And was spraying us with egg goo. It wasn’t fun. We all left pretty disappointed. It was pretty bad…
