Hanami is my family's go to Japanese restaurant. My grandchildren love going there to eat .we have been going to Hanami for 15 plus years .Hanami salad is my favourite,the dressing is just delicious.

Everything was amazing except when we asked for knife and forks for us that can't use chopsticks, only forks were provided. I needed a knife to cut my food as it was too big for one bite. The staff were extremely busy so didn't pursue it, I survived!

Honestly…. I’m disappointed. Staff were ok. Seemed quite indifferent, at the end of the meal when paying, usually staff ask if everything was ok? We didn’t even get a thank you for coming in etc. anyways I heard great things about this place and was so excited but the food was not great, it was very bland, I’m not sure if they have watered everything down to appeal more to westerners palates but I personally like flavour, so I was confused. They have a lot of great reviews though: so maybe off night.

We arrived on time waiting for the rest of my family to arrive - we were not offered drinks while waiting . We then waited at least 20 - 30 after the rest of the guests arrived to be served . I ordered starters which didn’t come out until I had finished my mains . When the mains were served to me the plate was handed to me instead of being placed on the table . We also were waiting for rice to eat with the mains which came out after we finished the mains . The bowl of rice was served very clumsily . All in all not a good experience and the food wasn’t as tasty as before as I have been many times

We are regulars at Hanami. This time is no difference. The food was so fresh and tasted amazing. The waitresses were very polite and attentive.

Decent lunch specials with bento boxes or noodles. Food a bit generic but good.

Today 3 of us went for lunch. First time in 10 years that all 3 were not great. Lettuce was all hard pieces, not usual amount of dressing, fish bento box was not good fish at all very mooshy and slimy

Very noisy place, service is sparse and had to flag for attention a few times. When food ordered it came quickly. No water bought to table. It is more of a place where you come in eat and leave in a matter of 30 minutes. Yakitori tasteless, other dishes ok.

The food was great as usual but we can't understand why we were seated at the least comfortable table at the rear by the exit to the toilet. We had booked on line and being quiet there were plenty of tables available in the main part of the restaurant.

Staff, good and service were excellent. We were all served at the same time and all enjoyed our food.

Super fast service, would have liked for the entree's to come out before some of our mains but everything came out super fast, piping hot and absolutely delicious! Wouldn't have minded a bit of background music but apart from that had a wonderful experience as usual, thanks to the whole team!
