Have been here a few times in the past. Service, atmosphere and ambience still fabulous, however, food was a huge let down this time. Eel we ordered had a weird funny taste to it and did not taste fresh at all, worst eel we’ve had in history. Chicken yakitori skewer wasn’t of authentic taste and definitely not something that hI’d order again ‘if’ we ever return. Overall was ok but don’t think we’d return again after this round.

We came late evening which was ideal timing as there weren't so many people, so we could enjoy a relaxing dinner.

Very enjoyable. Restaurants don't stay in business for as long as Hanami if they are not doing a lot of things right and people continue to flock through their doors.

Always enjoy the no fuss, easy and quick meal that we have at Hanami ... and the food is great too 😊
