Always a good experience at Hanami. We enjoy discovering new dishes and flavours from their extensive menu and the food is always fresh and delicious.

The food was so scrumptious we have been many times now and it is all so delicious. The staff are lovely and friendly. We love sitting in the tatami - it’s been offered to us plenty of times without even asking. Fantastic restaurant!!

I have been a happy customer of Hanami for over 10 years now. The food is great value compared to most sit-down Japanese restaurants in Perth and is very authentic to my knowledge. The service has been consistently excellent. My partner and I feel particularly looked after by their floor manager who always gets us to our favorite tables even when very busy. The only fault is the building itself - something about the layout amplifies the acoustics, so do not expect a very quiet dining experience on their busy nights. That being said, it is a family friendly restaurant and a great place to entertain a group of friends or relatives.

I booked for 3, got a table for 8. Had to ask for plates/bowls to eat off,.. and spoons to serve. Service was inattentive, which was a shame…. They are usually quite good. The food was nice, as always.

The kitchen forgot our orders, we waited too long until we ask a staff to check. Bad experience. Don't think we will go back there again.

It's 5 out of 5!!! My family had a great dinner😋 The dishes were fresh and tasty. The service was fantastic! We had chirashi, tuna tataki, oyster katsu, soft shell crab, mini tako, assorted sashimi, seaweed salad etc ...but we only waited for 10 minutes.

The food at Hanami is always sensational. No matter what you order the food is delicious. The service is fantastic. A little noisy but thats ok its just busy because its always so full. Best Japanese around!

A beautiful experience for a 55th Birthday party for my partner. The staff were so accommodating assisting us with a highchair and accommodated our guest in his wheelchair. The food was amazing as always and they even lit the candles on the birthday cake to make it a very memorable experience. We will be back again. Booking is a must here, so you can avoid a long queue! As ALWAYS, the food was magnificent.... scallop katsu, beef tataki, tobiko roll..... Wasabi mixed into the soy sauce and of course SUPER yummy Japanese mayo!! WOW!!

Hanami is our go-to whenever we think of eating out with the kids. Food’s consistently good, kids love the tatami tables, their staff is attentive and efficient. There is nothing to complain about, except that it’s gotten more popular over the years and we need to remember to book for weekends!

I did reserve but they did nothing even didn’t have a preparation for a table.
