The food quality was OK, but the service and overcrowding was not good. We were crammed in a weird spot by a plant that shouldn’t even have a table until a server offered to move us, but instead of moving to a better table, we were put outside by the entrance in another tiny spot with people pushing past us during the whole meal. Would have preferred sitting with the plant. Hardware Lane is a busy area but we had a reservation and still got the worst tables that better restaurants wouldn’t even be offering.

Service and food was amazing! I particularly enjoyed the COCKTAILS.

I’m disappointed with our visit unfortunately. The service wasn’t great and the prices for the food were ridiculous considering the portion sizes were very small.

Sweetcorn was at just below room temperature and was like eating raw corn. Wife’s dish was cold. Would not eat again.

Booked and noted that we needed space for a pram, arrived to a table with no space so we were moved back next to the toilets to a table that wasn’t cleaned. We were then ignored for 25 minutes after being seated, no offer of water, no drink orders, not a single acknowledgement from any staff, so we walked straight out. Worst experience I have ever had.

Cancelled our original Mexican restaurant to try here after reading the reviews. We'll.... we were rushed to the extent of the table being cleared as we were putting stuff down,they tried to wipe down the table while we were still sat with our drinks.The food was just deep fryed and nothing special From start to finish we were sat at the table 15mins I appreciate it was a Saturday evening at 8:30 but $80 later I was not impressed at all and will certainly not be going back. We go to the city regularly and love trying and finding new bars and restaurants....but this one is off our list now so be aware

The service was okay. Asking for basic things like plates, cutlery to the staff was very unpleasant to them. They were very unpleasant to help us with bringing water, cups.

We were overcharged on our bill & have been talking to the restaurant & waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks now.

Food was nice, the bottomless brunch was a bit of a disappointment. I understand you want to monitor a responsible service of alcohol but if you’re not going to have enough staff to promptly assist it’s annoying. We also weighed up whether to buy a couple of cocktails and then eat what we want but seemed the cost would work out until you compare the size of the drinks!

I was looking forward to visit the restaurant but was extremely disappointed. The food was terrible, the chicken parma looked like someone threw up on the plate. The tortillas and and guac been wet. The salsa tasted like a bad Italian tomato sauce, nothing reassembled Mexican salsa, no spice no flavor. it shouldn't be called a Mexican restaurants and should stick with drinks only (the only ray of light tonight)

Burrito lacked flavour , the fish was not fresh l. Just felt like rice beans and plain fish in a wrap..

Food was good. Very Tasty. Only issue was mains came as we were only half way through starters so we sent it back as not ready got it. My wife’s meal then came back cold when we were ready. Took persuasion to get them to do a fresh meal

We arrived early, but they sat us straight away. We waiting a long while to order, but given we were early, this was understandable. Food was delicious.

Service was very slow it’s felt like staff were stalling to process orders. There were limits on amount of food and drink you could order at a time meaning all food and drink had to be finished before placing the next order. Really didn’t feel like bottomless brunch at all

They brought out the main meal before the entree when there was no room on the table for everything and we were left waiting for our drinks ordered at the start of our meal for 20 minutes. Besides that, the quality of the food was great, maybe just not so much the service!

Good ambiance and friendly staff. Our drinks came when we were just about finished our main meals. We were compensated with a free churros which was appreciated. Small sized ‘main serve’ of nachos. Birra taco style a bit too healthy…bring on melted cheese!

Visited on a hot night and the doors were left wide open, it was so packed and noisy and hrd to move around the restaurant. Food was very tasty but service was a bit slow - probably because they pack more people into the restaurnt than can actually fit. Margritas were very dilute and not much flavour. It was hr to hear my friends and catch up - I don't think we'll choose this place next time.
