Servers weren’t consistent and food was bland nobody knew what the other person was doing
Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent ambience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will keep coming back
Good was amazing and staff very friendly! Looking forward to going back.
Everyone got their meals at different times which is disappointing and should not happen. Good margaritas.
We were really looking forward to trying this place, especially as we used to love the previous Mexican restaurant that was here, so expectations were high. The staff were friendly and the margaritas were great, but overall the experience was a bit mixed. We found the food to be on the expensive side — for example, the kids’ quesadilla was $17 — and the quality didn’t always match the price point. Some dishes felt a little inconsistent: the chicken wings we ordered came in two batches, and while the first was tasty, the second seemed to have less seasoning. The fish and chicken tacos tasted like they may have been sitting for a while, and the taco shells weren’t as fresh as we’d hoped. The paella was also a bit underwhelming flavour-wise, and unfortunately, the soup we were looking forward to wasn’t available. We also found ourselves having to repeat orders a few times, which added to the feeling of things being a little disorganised. That said, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the margaritas were a definite highlight. We hope with a few tweaks, the food and service can match the great vibe.
We didn't have to wait and got taken to our seats quickly. It was a good dining area but felt my seat was a bit tight & close to the thoroughfare and other diner's and the waiters kept brushing past my chair as they carried food from the kitchen to the tables. At one point concerned that I may knock him or have something spill on me.
The restaurant has potential to be a popular addition in the canopy and great for kids and families. Food was good but service needs a lot of improvement. Only 1 out of approximately 8 servers and a manager showed any attention or enthusiasm for their job in a new restaurant , all 4 main meals came out one at a time staggered over 30 minutes with no explanation and with one child first and the other last and food going cold in between. No one even noticed until I called attention to the fact. We made a booking and had been allocated a table inside. When they saw we had children, after some whispering we were given a table outside without asking if it suited us. I presume they didn’t want children inside. Room for improvement! An upbeat concept needs upbeat service.
Food was fantastic - amazing flavours and generous portions. Unfortunately the service wasn’t very good.
Nice fit out and branding, food was fresh and tasty. First week of opening so new staff still finding their feet.
It was lovely, service needs improvement but being your first opening day, think you were overwhelmed with all those interested. You may need to increase your staff. Food was great as were the drinks and the decor! Congrats on your opening. I will be back!
Food and service were very good. It was the first day for them. I recommend
Understandable that this is the grand opening however, whoever manages that store did not prepare at all for this day at all. Multiple people have walked out due to the long wait. I arrived at 1 pm, didn't get my food till close to 2:30 pm. The food that we ordered was okay, the sauces and conseme was good. The corn tacos were cold and the chicken filling in the tacos tasted like they were just heated up frozen tendies. I'll be coming back again in a month or 2 to see if anything changes. I believe this place deserves a second chance.
Food and drinks tasted great! The team working on their open day was very under prepared. It took around 25 minutes for 2 margaritas to come and around 45 minutes to get corn chips, guacamole and salsa. By the end of getting all our food we had been there for 2 hours. This place has good potential but we feel very let down after our visit.
I can't review the food since we waited over an hour for the food and ended up leaving after seeing others who had come after us receive their food first. Pretty disappointed. I understand it’s the first day but obviously more staff was needed in the kitchen which I’m sure would have helped.
