Hotel Elermore

When we arrived someone else had taken our table so we were placed near the door to the playground & I froze. The screaming kids with the crowd watching the Matilda’s made it a very noisy night & I left with a headache. My partners chicken burger had a piece of chicken the size of a nugget in the middle of the bun & our guest had very little dressing on her salad making it dry. For the number of patrons there should have been more staff rostered on.

Music was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation without shouting and we were sitting the furthest away against the wall Near the kids area. Got there at 530 for a family dinner with friends. Why not start the music later

Young service attendant was very good as coeliac herself made sure my meal was safe. Only downfall was the chef gave me sakad instead of veg

The food was lovely The restaurant was busy so fairly noisy Live music began and it was too loud. We found it difficult to have a conversation

Staff on arrival were really friendly. Food took an hour to get to us and the restaurant wasn’t overall busy. $17 for 6 small chicken wings including tips was a bit much but ranch dressing was yum.

We are regulars and the food wasn’t the same. Kids popcorn chicken dry dry dry, chips very greasy. Dianne sauce on chicken schnitzel had no taste/flavour like it usually does. Mash potato no taste. Was very disappointed especially when we paid $140 on just food. Manager lady was fantastic and happy to help.

Hotel Elermore is bright and friendly. Great place for all ages.

The food was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We sat outside in the garden area which was fantastic. The kids were provided with kids packs. We will definitely be back.

Excellent experience and service. Food was also lovely. I had an issue with my card and order went throw twice. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful and it was not a problem for them. Recommend the Hotel Elemore for food, music, atmosphere and staff

Staff were polite and courteous. A bit noisy but tolerable

Unfortunately we did not really enjoy our lunch. Examples; my husband wanted well cooked vegetables, which I specifically mentioned to the staff - the vegetables were almost raw - hard to eat, too tough, couldn't eat them. My fish and chips were ok but the salad had dressing al over it with mustard - spoiled it, maybe place dressing to the side. Our table needs maintenance - it is not secured properly to it's centre pole - could be dangerous. On the other hand, staff were lovey - really friendly and polite.

The band that was on was very loud. I love a good band but not during prime time eating hours. Made it difficult to have conversation at the table. Meal was great, service very friendly. Definitely be back.

Great night overall, meals & service was great also, don't change that, our only issue was the noise level of some other people in large groups who don't have a noise meter or control of their children.

We were a large group for a birthday and we were well looked after. The food was pretty good.

Meals were a bit dry. I ordered a Parmigiana and they went back to the cheap ham as part of the sauce. On one of the other snitzels the mushroom sauce wasn’t sliced mushrooms it looked like a purée or a pre made sauce. Just seemed liked they were cost cutting on the meals. The service was great and atmosphere of pub was excellent.

perfect as always. this visit was for the daughters birthday and we were not disappointed. food, as usual was amazing and some new additions to the menu which was a pleasant surprise. the restaurant wasn’t that busy and the food came out very timely. as this was a birthday dinner, the staff were more than happy to look after the cake for us whilst we ate dinner. as i always say, we will be back soon.
