Senior waiter( or hall manager) helped a lot in choosing the right flavour soup and he filled hot water in our tea before we ran out. Appreciate it. Variety range of foods selection and friendly environment. All suitable for meat lovers and yumcha lovers.

Good value if you like hot pot. It was a bit slow to get seated (queue at the entrance). Also, they ran out of spoons at one point. When topping up the broth in your hotpot, it would be nice if they topped it up with the flavour you selected at the start (rather than using a generic broth).

Had a wonderful time, lots of food and desserts to choose from and service was superb.

going late at lunch in non peak times was quite nice, staff were very quick and friendly with service

The ingredients for dinner are rich, the food in the deli area is very good, there are also desserts and sweet soups, the CP is very high Disadvantages: The seats are too close together, making it inconvenient to get in and out. The table is too small. There was no room on the table for the soup base. A person is full with just one plate.

Very limited options for lunch session, especially for vegetarian diners. I overheard a waiter explained to another table the difference between lunch and dinner and he said: you get what you paid for😂😂

Giid food and nice seafood, line is sometimes long but food is fresh

Images are nothing like what is on line, tiny desert bar not refreshed so very little choice, hotpot soup was good and there was plenty of choice with what was left as they are slow to replace empty food items. Overall was very disappointed which is unfortunate.
