You won’t get very high-end ingredients/dishes at the buffet (which is expected, given the price), but there is still a good range to choose from, and you will likely be full and satisfied when you leave. Make sure to arrive on time because the 2-hr window you are given starts at the time of your reservation.

This was our first time for hot pot The people were amazingly helpful to both myself and husband. They showed us the buffet and helped us to choose what we can cook in our soups. We recommend this place as we look to book for our next visit. Just stir the congee

Good food good serving , but for evening visits need to hanging out the Mumber who ever coming first , second not people coming last but going first the restaurant needs leave the Mumber for customers pick they number then call our the Mumber form numbers one then Continue , in that way must be fairly for everyone

First time experiencing Hot Pot. We were well informed on what to do and checked on regularly by the owner. He also gave us a beautiful plate of Oysters and made us feel at home. What a great night we had.

The choices of the ingredients are very good though the arrangement of their location and queuing directions can do with some improvement. Our waiting staff did a great job, we had a really good time.

Limited variety of food and uncomfortable seatings, because we sat just outside the kitchen and the kitchen doors were wide open with heavy traffic and dirty dishes close by.

The waitstaff were very nice, the manager's behavior towards my children was unacceptable. My daughters were at the buffet dessert table, watching the chocolate fondue, and one of them touched one of the spoons. The manager approached and yelled at her in front of everyone, saying, "Do not play with the food!" I do not understand why a buffet would not allow patrons to use utensils to take the food they want. The way the manager treated my children differently from other customers is not acceptable.

Tried the lunch buffet for the first time. Food is good. It’s great to have your own choice of soup base. Loads of selections for the hotpot. The manager was so friendly and staff are so kind and helpful.
