I Love Dumplings - Flemington

This is our second visit to I love Dumplings in a matter of weeks. Great fresh food, good service and affordable. Lots of vegan options as well.

Tasty food with good price. Staffs are very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend to all! Always booked the table in advance as the restaurant is always busy!

The service was good. The price of the dishes are very reasonable. Most importantly, the food was delicious and it did not take long for the food to be served.

Great little place love it just a bit rushed would have liked it to be a little slow paced but throughly enjoyable great food makes up for it.

Very disorganised restaurant with poor front door service. We had a booking but still had to wait at the front door for over 10 minutes for someone to seat us. The food was great but it seemed they were short on staff and very rushed. The waitresses did a great job and trying to get around to everyone but it was just madness.

Good food served fast and friendly helpful staff throughout experience

they forgot one of our meals and we had to wait 30 minutes for it. besides that, the other food was fast and very delicious

Great value for money, delicious food. First time visitor but I will be back and friendly environment - will be happy to recommend to family and friends

The food, as always, was excellent. Very tasty. I never get sick of the food here. Even though it wasn't busy, we had to wait a little longer than usual for our order. But it was well worth the wait.

Fantastic food, the dumplings were great. If I had a criticism it was the place can get a bit noisy but other than that it was great.

Very efficient & friendly service. Plenty of choices on the menu & generous servings. The restaurant could have done with being a little warmer as the cold air from outside kept filtering in. Overall an enjoyable dining experience.

We love I love dumplings in Flemington - we go there regularly. Some feedback about our recent experience however is that 1) the waiter brought a plate of dumplings to our table - as we ordered- but then one minute later after a few dumplings has been eaten he came back and removed the plate and the remaining dumplings on it- seemed confused about the order as if it were for someone else- we eventually got another plate but it was very odd? 2) The toilets always smell terrible and are unclean

Went on a Mothers day night, it was busy however the service was fast and efficient. The dumplings were yum, especially the xiao long baos.

Always a great experience at I Love Dumplings. Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, and the food arrives quickly and is always delicious. Very consistent, never had a bad meal here.

Attended with large group. Service was excellent and food was delicious as usual. The vegetables dumplings were amazing. The Peking duck was a bit disappointing. There was not much duck in the pancake.

Dumplings were great as always, had the veggies, chicken, and pork ones. Also had salted tofu which was very nice, chicken and veggies, and rice. All good.

The prawn / chicken and lamb / beef dumplings were both great; although the hair I found in my fried ice cream was not so great....

Best customer service! Best food and great quality! What more do you want ? We had 12 people go last night and it was the best ! Highly recommend this

Service was friendly, although a bit slow as they often seem understaffed here. Food was reasonably good. Overall not a bad experience at this restaurant.

quick service and tasty but I didn't think the dumplings were as good as previously (pastry too thick). I also feel value for money has gone down.

The dumplings are consistently delicious. I should try other meals off the menu but I can’t seem to pass up in the dumplings. My friend had the curry chicken and veggies which she enjoyed.

It roughly took about 15 minutes to get my Sprite, but overall very delicious food. The food comes out very quickly and staff are friendly.

Service was great food was quick to come out, and tasted delicious 😋 would recommend it and would definitely come back. Dumpling were the best so was the magnolia sizzling beef. Yummy

One of the best restaurants!! Cheap prices but still high quality Asian food. Can't go wrong with the dumplings at this place. 6 out of 6 for me!

Fab restaurant, great food, great service, great staff, great value. Make sure you order extra to take home & get the sichaun sauce its a great addition to all dumplings

Great Food. Staff really busy so some things took a while. But worth the wait when the food arrived. Overall a good experience had by our group.

The quality of food was great, however it took quite a long time for the meals to come out. I would come back again but I'd order something small to come out first as it did take a while.

Yummy dumplings. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable to sit on but other than that a great night out. We go there weekly. Yum yum

Always love this place. Close to home and delicious food. The dumplings are the best bit, can go and just eat these. Favourite is Pan Fried Pork and the Veg dumplings!

Good food all round. Definitely try the Liaoning Sweet and Sour (Guo Bao Rou) and every type of jiaozi. Staff pretty attentive. Parking can be a problem. Prices reasonable.

The food was great. No cider and wine selection only so-so so we BYOB'ed a bottle from across the street. (No BYOB of ciders, unfortunately)

The best dumplings we've found in Melbourne and soooo cheap! Such a great price. We didn't get drinks and fed the two of us for under $30

Quick, efficient service, lovely food and staff. On a busy saturday night we had an excellent time and enjoyed everything. Great for sharing and a huge menu that caters for all.

Terrific food, good service, prices good, cheap @ $3 per person corkage. An enjoyable meal. We went as a group of happy Essendon supporters after beating North Melbourne. It is handy that the restaurant opens at 5pm.

More staff needed during peak hours. Need to call staff over to place an order in. Food took quite a long time to come out.

Food is very cheap, quick service. Dumplings taste really good, food was served within 10 minutes. Will be recommending to friends and will book again.

slow mo service as usual, chaotic but eventually you get served. too few ppl serving customers, too many ppl cleaning up the dirty tables to get more customers through the door. come over to clean your plates a bit too soon, almost like rushing you to pack up.
