Leaving their stockbroking and finance days behind eight years ago, Tracey and Andrew West set out to fulfill their dream of opening up a cafe that not only would offer delicious cuisine, but also food that’s healthy, nourishing and natural. Fast forward to 2015, and the couple has already opened In Season Wholefood Cafe, a restaurant serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week on Dural’s New Line Road.
In Season Wholefood Cafe offers filling and flavourful breakfast, lunch and snack options at their stylish location in Sydney’s Dural, and best of all, they’re as healthy as they come. In the morning, start off the day on the right foot with a smoothie, an acai bowl, the breakfast bruschetta or a plate of scrambled eggs with coriander, chilli and spring onion. Lunchtime favourites include the roasted beetroot & pumpkin salad, the chimichurri chicken, the raw pad Thai and the delicious corn fritters served with homemade chilli chutney and avocado. There’s plenty more where that came from, so book ahead to see what’s seasonal and fresh at Sydney’s In Season Wholefood Cafe.
