Food was delicious. Only criticism is that at 7:45pm we were rudely told that people were waiting for our table. However, when I booked on-line for a table for 5:45pm, there was no mention that it was only a two hour sitting.

No wait No bad service It was nothing short of perfect, as always. Will definitely visit again.

When I decided to come to SYD, I had to make sure I try an authentic Turkish restaurant that's the closest to places in Turkey. Kayra is a fantastic restaurant & owned by a lovely Turkish family. The lady welcomed me warmly & was very accommodating. I tried their Adana Kebab skewers that are served with salad & pita bread. This is one of the best beef adana kebab I have ever tried. The charcoal flavour is so intense & the herbs of the meat were perfect. Their carrot was labneh was nice as well & the lady owner was so nice to offer it for me to try it out. I wish I had more room to try their knafeh, but next time for sure! The place is very cozy & always full of people. Overall, It made my day & I wish the owners all the best for their hard work and dedication.

Food was very good and service was fast and efficient. Drinks are expensive and they ran out of Effes beer on an early Saturday evening.

Well cooked and tender meat platter. Garlic dip was disappointing. Basically a yoga dip with a touch of garlic.

We really enjoyed dining at Kayra. Beautiful meat, generous servings and lovely mezes. Their prices are so reasonable. We will be back.

My second visit to Kayra and I could not be more in love with this restaurant. Every dish is perfection. Food portions are perfect and simply explode with flavour. Staff are amazing, attentive but no pressure to eat quickly. This is our new favourite local.

A vibrant dinner, atmosphere was great, food delicious and staff a joy. We were late for our booking and very grateful to have a table still available......a great night. Highly recommend and we will be back.

I found the portions to be very small and expensive. The food was ok but not worth the price. The food came out at different times making it difficult to eat as a couple.

Booked this restaurant on this app. Turned up and the restaurant didn’t have our booking. They said they are fully booked out and asked us to leave. Then got a call from the restaurant in 30min later asking why we are not coming????????
