Kazbah – Balmain

This is an old favourite. Good for share groups. Tried all vegetarian options this visit and quite enjoyed the variety. Breakfast remains my favourite though. Can be noisy - but great mid-week!

The staff were so friendly and helpful from start to end of our time at the restaurant. The food was great- the feta potato cake was recommended to us as was the tagine- both fantastic!

Great food and staff, kid friendly (which is always a bonus) and they serve breakfast cocktails - perfect with a breakfast tagine. Will be back

The locale is great, the decor is beautiful, the waiters are friendly and professional and the food is phenomenal - great experience and one that I would repeat!

So good. If Yu can do the brunch with 8 people it's worth it but ohhhhh boy I it's huge. Always great service, well priced and just a great time.

Good food but we didn't appreciate the pushy waiter who thought he was being funny but was actually making us very uncomfortable Trying to convince us to order one type of cocktail or dish when we preferred to order others on the menu!

Came back to this restaurant after a number of years away. Had a great meal. Excellent wine list with some European gems in there. We will be back. Service spot on and very friendly.

Shared middle eastern meze and beautifully flavored tagines on a wintry night, followed by baklava and mixed ice creams(!) with a group of friends cannot be recommended too highly. Yay Kazbah!

Interesting, tasty breakfast choices cooked in the open kitchen. A good, warm vibe on a rainy Sunday morning. The staff were happy and attentive. It can get very noisy and hard to hear at busy times but I always come back for more.

I visited for brunch with a girlfriend. We experienced excellent service, a thorough explanation of the wonderfully intriguing menu options and an incredibly satisfying meal. Looking forward to going back!

Great staff, great food but sad that they changed the decor- used to love the lamps and the paper and crayons on the tables forSunday brunch- please bring them back - then it would be a 6!

Good restaurant - good service and yummy food - will definitely come again! Might be good to also have a specific kid friendly menu option as my 5 year old was a bit fussy - but we enjoyed it in any case!

Kazbah has a really interesting menu with a great change from bacon and eggs for breakfast! Quality is gemreay and service at Balmain always friendly and attentive! Love it!

Breakfast was very exotic full of many different flavour. Restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. Its seems quieter and the rubber under the tables may be responsible. A great way to spend a wet Sunday morning

The food - as always - was amazing. The service was friendly and attentive. The décor and ambience are great. It was quiet when we arrived at 9.30am but by 11am people were waiting at the door, despite the rain. For a brekkie with a middle eastern twist, it's the place to go!

Booked a table for 4 for 9 on a Sunday .At 10.15 we were asked if we wanted the bill as our table was booked for 10.30.No tip

The service and food were both excellent. It was busy because it was mothers day, but the staff acted like we were the only table in the restaurant. They were attentive, kind and helpful. The meals were very generous and tasty. Will definitely be back..

Amazing food and great service. We all had items from the breakfast menu even through we were there for lunch. Truly stupendous tagine and coffee to die for. Go and explore Ballast Point Park while you are in Balmain.

The variety and choice is Excellent. Presentation and flavour meets all types of palates from sweet to savoury. Serving are generous on the large side. A great place for brunch on a Su day!

Service and food was fabulous. We enjoyed the dips plate, the soft-shell crab, Haloumi, Lamb parcels. Capped it off with Baklava. I love their herbal tea as well.

Food was amazing food and would highly recommend. Downfall was that service was on the slow side, and was at times difficult to get staffs attention.

Kazbah is my favourite restaurant in Balmain. They provide both wonderful food and service. I would recommend the Chef's Mezze Plate and the Lamb Tagine.

Amazing service with the waiter pretty much suggesting our whole order and getting it complately right. Well priced for the quality of the food and would defiantly recommend.

all the dishes we tried were really delicious. my favorite was the octapus. service was very good also and they gave a little gift to mothers celebrating mothers day, which was a nice touch.
