Restaurant very busy and overcrowded on Sunday night but food very nice.

Lovely wait staff. Would like if the times could be 2 hr sittings instead of only 1 1/2hrs.😁

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at Hot Pot. It took a bit for mum to get into the stool chair but as there was only the 2 of and it was very busy a lot of tables were occupied. Once into the seat mum was ok however and we both loved the soup.

Always a great meal here…. The atmosphere is great and sitting at the train is always fun

The food was good, but it didn’t feel great being charged for every little extra—like the dip. It leaves you with a sense that you probably wouldn’t come back again.

Venue, food, staff all amazing. Only issue is parking and lack of it.

The restaurant presents beautifully, very nicely decorated. All the tables are lovely and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing, as it was our first time we were unsure but they were more than happy to help fill us in. Food is 100% delicious and was an awesome night. Will for sure be back 😊

I have booked a table for 4 at 6 pm. nothing was free for us until 6:20. a bit too loud and crowded for my liking.

Always enjoyable to attend, for large parties might be worth having two tablets to order from at least at the beginning but not a big deal as long as your family aren’t indecisive

Quick service and great food. Food is always consistent. Great atmosphere as well. Get in early to avoid crowd.

Our family loves hotpot. The staff members know us now and greets us when passing our table. Love the food, reasonable pricing and friendly staff.

Our almost weekly to go dinner place. Kids love the food and adults get to pick their spicy soups. We tend to get there for early dinner to avoid the bigger crowd. As always food is great.

Flew back into Perth just in time to have Valentine’s dinner with family at our favourite hotpot place. As usual food is great and price is reasonable.

Food and experience of cooking at the table was great. But the person who is acting as a quasi matradee was awful to deal with. He ignored us when we arrived (took a phone call) got grumpy about our reservation (we had to book for 4 despite only being a party of 3) he came over and went over our order once we placed it (seemed like he was checking to ensure we ordered sufficient amount of food to justify a booking) and then just walked away from us when we went to pay. His rudeness means we won’t be back.

We had self serve through the iPad, and the food came out quickly and tasted amazing.

We had an amazing time at King Hotpot! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly service and a great atmosphere. The variety of fresh ingredients was impressive—everything from premium meats, fresh seafood, and crisp veggies to flavorful broths that made every bite so satisfying!

Still our usual go to hotpot place. The consistency is there. Food is good kids love it
