We're regulars at Hot Pot and usually the service and food is really really good! Today was a bit of a miss though as alot of the food we ordered, they didn't have, and there was probably only about 10 other people there. Other than that though, we always enjoy going there.

The food was amazing, but we had to wait to be seated in spite of having booked a table in advance. The place was full and quite noisy but it was value for money.

This is our go-to for going out for dinner. Never disappoints. They are always super busy, but service is great. Tried some of their new broths, which were very tasty. Great value for money too.

Price has gone up the soup tastes a bit bland compared to previous visits.

Good variety of soup bases to choose from, lots of options for toppings. Portion size quite small for the toppings however
