Excellent service and food as always. The family had a great time.

We booked the table online for 4pp so we came and have table ready for us, no need to wait 15 20' for table like usually, this place is always busy.

Waited 30 mins for the meat we ordered to come, soup was made with poor ingredients not very generous with the amount of soup nor was my table offered to be topped up with water for our soups

We made a booking and the table was ready for us. Service was quick even at peak dinner period. We even had a service trolley next to our table to accomodate the many dishes that couldn’t all fit on our table.

Our family prefer the Morley branch to Vic Park maybe it’s bigger? Both goods are great quality.

Left feeling so satisfied but not overloadingly full! The chilli peanuts are amazing! First time trying the vegetarian broth and it was delicious! The Gogi berries and the corn were great additions. The hand cut spinach noodles were tasty too! Always love the puffed tofu and the chicken dumplings!

Parking is always a bit of an issue but worth the effort.

The food was great, but the service is not. It was our first time and nobody even asked if we've been there before. Nobody tells you how the system works and how to operate the stove. They didn't even told us there are add on spices on the side, we only saw it as we were leaving. Could've had a better eating experience if we knew earlier. They just guide you to your table, give you an ipad to order(without instructions or guidance) and that was it.

Value for money. Can even do takeaway of the leftover soup and ingredients. Kids love it.

The Service was great and the food selection was fantastic

We did have to wait a few minutes to be seated and were walked past a few times by different members of staff before being able to be seated. Food came out quickly and tasted amazing!

We have been to King hot pot a few times! We love the DIY experience and the food always tastes wonderful. The veggies are always fresh and crisp and we absolutely love the variety :)
