We have been to King hot pot a few times! We love the DIY experience and the food always tastes wonderful. The veggies are always fresh and crisp and we absolutely love the variety :)

The flavour is excellent, and they accommodate vegetarians very well - you can get vegetable base for most of the soups. The quality of the food is always excellent. We always come back!

Fun family dinner, we each had our own pot, so was able to choose our preferred broth. Ordering off the tablet was super efficient. Plenty of ingredient choices to choose from. Only downside is paying $2 per person for dipping sauces

Very slow service and disappointing order a heap of stuff and kept getting told we don’t have this or that would not go back I rather go to king hot pot in Victoria Park as they are way better and have never disappointed us

Our favourite local restaurant! We’ve been regulars since they first opened.

It was our first time there. Staff member showed us to the table. There was no explanation of how the ordering system worked or the cooking experience. No explanation about the help yourself conveyor belt. Having 1 ipad between 7 people made ordering slow. The food came out fast but the first person ate before the last person even ordered. When bell was pressed staff came quickly.

Huge variety of yummy ingredients to choose from at reasonable prices. Will be back

This hot pot restaurant is very popular and packed with patrons so it is unavoidably noisy (which is understandable). One of the electric cooktops at our table was not working properly, which led to the power cut off 3 times! Waitpersons were not very attentive as all of them were busy with "everything". The soup base was too salty even though I had added a whole bottle of water to it. In terms of price, it is affordable but the quality of food is just average.
