Good service and nice environment . Friendly staff and worth it.

We'd never been to a hot pot, it was our first time, they were very professional, he explained everything which helped alot, we knew nothing, we would go again. We were celebrating all 3 of us obtaining new jobs.

Such a busy place on Saturday nights - make sure you book and allow time to find parking! This is a family fave … great spot!

Good atmosphere. Good experience. Food was ok. But was very healthy. Stock in soup ends up flavouring over time when you start cooking in it. On entry was a bit abrupt with the male supervisor. Telling us this and that, not very helpful. Time limit, which is cool, however could have made this part abit more eased into.we were watching the clock and trying to enjoy our time together as a family…. The ladies were lovely. Drinks were yum 😋

Interactive, delicious and the kids loved trying new flavours and thr mini quail eggs!!

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at Hot Pot. It took a bit for mum to get into the stool chair but as there was only the 2 of and it was very busy a lot of tables were occupied. Once into the seat mum was ok however and we both loved the soup.

The food was good, but it didn’t feel great being charged for every little extra—like the dip. It leaves you with a sense that you probably wouldn’t come back again.

The restaurant presents beautifully, very nicely decorated. All the tables are lovely and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing, as it was our first time we were unsure but they were more than happy to help fill us in. Food is 100% delicious and was an awesome night. Will for sure be back 😊

I have booked a table for 4 at 6 pm. nothing was free for us until 6:20. a bit too loud and crowded for my liking.

Always enjoyable to attend, for large parties might be worth having two tablets to order from at least at the beginning but not a big deal as long as your family aren’t indecisive
