Overalll, a lovely dining experience at Kitchai with my family. There was a wonderful variety of dishes available on the menu and drinks as well. I loved the massaman beef and clay pot prawn vermicelli.

The food was amazing however the whole visit was rushed as the restaurant was getting closed at 9:30. It would have been nice to let us know while making the booking that it was near to closing time, so we could have planned accordingly. Killed the mood as we could not enjoy the food as we were rushing to finish before the restaurant closed.

We always have a great dining experience when we visit, the barman makes the best cocktails & the food is always so fresh & tasty.

booked a table for 7 and the food was excellent! every dish was really tasty. we had the Banana Flower salad to die for!!!! The deep fried Barramundi fish with the mango and apple salad on top! could not fault it! beautifully presented. will definetly go back.

Everything tasted good and I had a really good time.

I’ve been here a couple times but today my order of Hokkein noodles wasn’t the best, it was a bit too chewy and didn’t have much flavour like it usually does when I order. But other than that, the service and wait times were exemplary and I was very happy with everything else.

Amazing food, just disappointed there is no pork on the menu. It’s a Thai restaurant would have expected Pork in the menu.

You have to keep asking staff for things, they don't check up on you. They didn't clear our plates even when everyone finished and were chatting. We had to get up several times to get our water for refills. However, when staff did interact they were nice. Food was delicious, overall atmosphere was lovely.

Great food. Loved the atmosphere. Table seats were a bit crowded but overall was good.

Everything was great; but with our takeaway Tom yum noodle soup, when we reached home, we were surprised that there was no noodles in the bag, just the Tom yum soup. Not sure what happened there but this made the experience off.

Tasty and big portions of food. The only negative was we got the BBQ baby octopus and there was no bbq char .

Understandably was busy, was sat down with a booking. Tables that were seated after us were served before us, waited 15 mins for anyone to notice we were waiting to order. Food is always amazing, service can’t say the same

Food was excellent, but staff were trying to avoid us. It wasn't really busy time of the evening.
