Excellent service, great atmosphere, delicious food, great value for food

First visit - attended Tuesday Moules Frites night. Mussels and fries were excellent. White wine was reasonable quality but way too pricey. No bread supplied which is a No-no in a French eaterie. Friendly staff helped us unnderstand a badly designed menu, which will be more comprehensible next time.

Attentive service. A delicious barramundi and scampi with pomme gritted and peas. The assorted cheese plate was a tasty end to a delightful dinner with friends.

Can absolutely recommend Le Bouchon. Service and food were both impeccable. To be honest, I’m not the type to leave a review but everyone in our group wanted to know if we can make this our regular after our last night out.

Wonderful bistro food that is very evocative of French dining experiences we have had all over France. The Charles Aznavour tribute singer was fabulous and added greatly to the experience.

Ticks every box for a great dinner. Choice of set menu or a la carte. Waiters well informed & attentive even on a busy Tuesday night! Mid week BYO wine & plenty of parking in Crows Nest. Beautifully warm atmosphere.

It was a lovely and enjoyable evening with a raclette - so much food that we ended up with a takeaway also. The wait staff were so friendly and made our celebratory night even better!

In the heart of Crows Nest a charming restaurant offering excellent French inspired dishes - we enjoyed beef cheeks and lamb shoulder. The service was first class - polite, pleasant, attentive and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyable experience

Food was nice and service was fairly good. Our table was not very conveniently placed though next to the noisey kitchen and bathroom door. It didn’t make for great conversation ambience. But all in all, I was happy with the meal

My father and I were greeted with a wonderful warm welcome upon arrival for a spontaneous late sitting on Friday evening We had scallops, cheese souffle for entrees and both enjoyed the duck cassoulet for mains. Crepe suzette for dessert. Everything was perfect. We drank champagne, a good French pinot and a few armagnacs! Very friendly, fun and bright staff. Excellent evening thank you Le Bouchon!

Very busy Friday night therefore understandably service not as good previous Sunday visit (which was excellent) Disappointed that cannot BYO on Friday Also hope more choices in menu how about traditional Coq au vin?
