I received a voucher for this restaurant which is why we ate here. It was good because this allowed us to try the food and ambiance of the space. It was quite busy but the staff managed to assist the robot to deliver the right food. We could not fit out banquet meal in prior to having to leave for another engagement so I am unable to comment on all of the food. What would have been nice was if the ice cream dessert was offered as a take away rather than us just missing out.

Really enjoyed the dining experience at Matsumoto. The food was great and the sashimi was very fresh. Especially liked the robot waitress.

Fantastic fresh food with a wide range of items to please everyone. Much more authentic than most Japanese restaurants and with the very fun novelty of robot servers who bring your meal. Friendly and efficient service plus a range of seating options for intimacy or group suitability. Overall terrific and look forward to returning.

Unfortunately our vegetarian was given crab meat. Even though it was mentioned several times she was a vegetarian. The salad dressing on the house salad was not pleasant. The restaurant was too cold. The tempura prawns were nice and the soy.
