Not what we would call traditional Greek food Disappointing main menu services & very overpriced When u order a Greek salad u would ecfoecf more than 1 olive and a small piece of feta. Not work the money
The seafood platter was incredible one of the best I’ve had, glad there were no chips
the meal was good however there knowledge of wine was questional
Fabulous food and brilliant service on Easter Sunday, woo definitely dine there again.
Tge website Allowed me to book and when I arrived tge restaurant was about to close so I couldn’t stay.
I have sampled Greek food and hospitality in many different geographical locations. This was definitely the standout so far. Quality food, with a traditional Greek restaurant atmosphere. Service was outstanding, including that by the owner, who enthusiastically welcomed and farewelled every customer. Highly recommend.
Great honest Greek food. Perfect portion sizing. Will definitely dine there again.
Good food, authentic, great atmosphere, but music a bit loud…
Welcoming staff, nice atmosphere, great food Have dined at the methezes numerous times over the 21 years, always has the same lovely flavour in the meals. Recommended!!!

Excellent meal and an excellent welcome. Good vibe and very friendly
Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly Greek hospitality. Loved our meal of saganaki, grilled octopus, char-grilled lamb cutlets and roasted beetroot salad. Oh, and for a treat, try the Greek mojito! Delicious drink with a hint of aniseed and stacks of lime and mint.
The food was excellent and all the staff were exceptional, friendly and informative. Would recommend a visit to dine here when you visit Hobart.
Very nice place and friendly staff - recommended very highly
The best Greek i have had - very hospitable and makes you feel like you are in Greece. Very authentic! Would go back to Tassie just to eat here...Loved it!!
The food was great, amazing flavours and great service. I felt perhaps lacking some of that traditional Greek generosity, especially at that price.
Very friendly service, great meal, nice surrounds. Would definitely return.
Fantastic food and service. A great meal at reasonable prices.
Food was amazing and very filling. The owner/host went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied throughout the entire time we were there.
This was my first time trying Greek and asked the server for recommendations. We had the zucchini & cheese fritters, grilled octopus, trio of dips with flatbread to share. The food was absolutely incredible and the service unparalleled. The desserts are also incredible. Well worth a visit.
This is the second time we have eaten here and loved it both times.
Opa! From the moment we arrived and Tass showed us to our seats, the wine, food and service were fantastic. Recommend with five stars.
Lovely restaurant that brings back many wonderful memories of Greece and the islands each time we visit.
