On arrival we were greeted by Tass 😃. Extremely friendly, engaging, with so much energy. He was extremely helpful with the wine menu offering us a small taste of wines prior to ordering. The food was of high quality although we did find the octopus a little on the chewy side. Otherwise no complaints and will definitely return when we are back in Hobart. All the staff were extremely friendly and engaging. Highly recommend this place.

Welcoming Greek tavern with great food. We started with local grilled octopus which was lovely and beetroot salad and then we enjoyed grilled Lamb and chicken souvlaki both served with lemon potatoes and salad. Sadly no room for dessert, will come back on next visit…

Expensive. We were left sitting for nearly 15 minutes before a waiter returned to get our drinks and food order, took 30 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering. Coffee was luke warm

Disappointed with my main the chicken souvlaki consisted of 3 tiny cubes of chicken on each skewer x 3 so cost wise, taste wise wasnt impressed. The lemon potatoes bland, tiny bit of salad on plate.

A nice busy relaxed vibe. The staff are very courteous and efficient. The octopus we had was very small, quite rubbery for the price and generally the prices are set for tourists. To be honest, we should’ve expected this, but even so it was not at all anywhere near what we would deem to be authentic Greek food The dips were okay, although the Hummus was quite watery.. generally a okay experience which was overpriced.

We waited quite a while before the drink order was taken and then delivered. After we ordered our main meal, we waited for quite sometime before the waiter came back to say they had run out of what I had ordered. I was very disappointed as a similar alternative was quite a lot more expensive. Given we had waited so long and we had booked into the restaurant to have the fish of the day, they could have offered the alternative meal at the same price as what I had originally ordered as a goodwill gesture.

A little gem hidden away in a side street. The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Try the mojito with ouzo, a very nice cocktail.

Right from the start what an amazing experience it was to have. From the family style greeting, making a point to know the dinner’s name ( a real nice touch) , to the awesome food and the friendly goodbyes, see you again, at the end of the night. We left full and happy. Thank you, we will be back.
