Food is always exceptional at Milano's, with a very good menu, service is fast and efficient. The restaurant can be a bit noisy especially if there are a lot of diners present.

We love going to Milanos! It's always a fantastic experience whether you go for Breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! We highly recommend it.

Service and food was good at our table but when at register paying the bill staff member was confused when I used a discount voucher. Didn’t know what the process was and had to get a superior to look at this. She was very aloof and had no manners at all towards us when making the transaction. No thank you and shoved the docket into my hand without a word or reaction whatsoever. Not a lot of people there so not as if she was flat out !!! Doesn’t take much to say thank you and hope you enjoyed your meal. Only thing that spoiled our night.

Unusual to find this restaurant as part of the shopping centre but once you stepped inside, it had a nice ambience. Our meals were enjoyed. A good little find.

Ordered antipasto, carbonara, prosciutto pizza and chilli mussels for 5 of us. Happy with all except for the mussels. They were very shrunken/shrivelled. Notified the restaurant who insisted the mussels are fresh.

It was odd to find this restaurant as part of the shopping plaza but once you stepped into the restaurant, the ambience was great and this find was a pleasant surprise! We ordered the Bacon pizza to share, then each had a main - gamberi fettuccine, gnocchi bolognaise, spaghetti marinara and seafood paella. All the dishes were full of flavour and enjoyed. We would recommend Milanos.

The food was amazing. We took in a birthday cake and staff were great putting candles on , couldn't be more helpful. Definitely would go again.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday yesterday, we all had a very nice meal, the service was very good, as soon as we arrived our orders were taken and arrived promptly. Very happy with the service, meals and the cost.

Food was excellent. Slow service but quality when delivered. Noisy which made conversation hard but better than some other restaurants - we could at least hear with a raised voice!

Lacks atmosphere. 8pm on a Saturday night and the place was practically deserted. I was asked to pay before I’d eaten! Also asked to order at the checkout point rather the table?? My lamb was overcooked too.

Lovely food. Great staff. Servings ridiculously large. A smaller cheaper version would be helpful. (The old entree size?) The place is really noisy. Not great for socialising.

The food and service at this restaurant were reasonably good, but the overall experience was let down by several issues. The noise levels were excessively high, making conversation difficult. Upon arrival, there was confusion about my online booking, and we were initially seated at one table, only to be moved again, which was very inconvenient as I had a 90-year-old guest with mobility challenges. While the staff were generally attentive, one plate was served significantly later than the others, which disrupted our meal. Unfortunately, these issues overshadowed what could have been a much more enjoyable visit.

Service was nice and so was the food. Place was clean. The ambience could be better. A screen at the back would be nice to hide the piles of stuff and boxes. There was also no music, which was a shame.
