Service the only slight downfall. We had to ask for forks, and servers needed to be promoted to take out order, get the bill etc.

The vanilla milkshake was great and the food was good. The service was disappointing though and we struggled to order because of staff ignoring us. Multiple staff members who could see us trying to get their attention just walked past. I would appreciate at least some acknowledgment instead of being ignored.

Service was friendly and fast. All meals were served in an appropriate time frame and were all super good. We will definitely be back!

Music was great, cocktails were yummy and the waitress was such good value.

The food I would say is take it or leave it. I’d likely go back if it was a group of people and they had picked the venue, otherwise I’d probably not go back. I found the food fairly basic and nothing memorable. Service on the other hand was good and prompt.

Wonderful service from staff, delicious food, fun atmosphere! We'll definitely be back for more.

First weekend since Milky Lane opened, great burgers, decent prices & nice relaxed vibe.

The staff were excellent and happy to cater to our needs. I liked the burgers but personally felt they could have been juicier. The Mac and cheese croquettes were delicious!

I think photos were very deceiving, burgers didn't any thing like the photos and maybe invest in fans or air conditioning it was so hot even with the doors open

Food was average tasting for the price they are charging (not to mention the surcharge they sneakily added on top of the price without mentioning to us at all). When asking about the extra charges we were asked "are you done?" by who I believe is the manager and were told "it's a service charge" with no empathy received at all. A waiter brought out our loaded fries and a bowl of fries to our table (not having ever been there before we didn't question the extra fries as we thought this was normal), a few minutes later a waiter walked up to the table and said 'you didn't order fries' in a very angry tone, making us feel like it was our fault he brought the wrong order and then snatching the fries off the table (I hope he didn't take them straight to another table but I didn't see) We also received our cocktails AFTER we had finished our food, so kinda defeats the purpose of a drink with dinner, not to mention we didn't end up receiving my mates cocktail the whole time we were there (about a hour and a half) and were kept being told 'it'll be 5 more minutes' and no empathy or compensation for that either. Probably won't go back after this terrible experience of poor quality and poor service.

It was ok, but didn't live up to the expectation. The customer service was a bit of a shambles with a few people clearly carrying the team.

Had to wait until the very end of the meal in order to receive our alcoholic beverage (the $60 cocktail) We waited 40 minutes for it and ate dinner without drinks due to thinking it’d be out on time with our meal

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were sitting under a speaker which made it difficult to have a whole table conversation. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly.

Great food, music, decor & staff. You just need to make sure that you’re eyes aren’t too big for your stomach!

Amazing location and easily the best burger place in the city

The chips arrived 10 mins after ordering but the two burgers were more than 45 mins after the chips! They were greasy, average and nothing flash or special the only good thing about them was the bacon we paid extra to have added. Very disappointed in the waiting time, lack of aircon and the food was disappointing. The serving staff were polite and helpful enough but won't return and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Everything was great until we ordered dessert. After 45 minutes and being told that our desserts were made a priority they still hadn't arrived. We ended up cancelling the order and going elsewhere.

Dessert took 30minutes to long and the services was very messy. Had drinks arrive to the table more then once that were not ordered. Food was okay

Great venue and food and when the power went out they served free drinks!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, our 1.5 year old spilled her whole milkshake on the table and the waitress immediately came and helped clean it up! Burgers were amazing definitely worth the hype!

The music was too loud to actually have a conversation with my friends and family. We were also shocked to hear that there were no regular chips either. That said, the burgers were great!!!

The power was out. It was boiling hot inside, couldn’t order food, couldn’t order the drinks we wanted with no good explanation. Paper towel dispenser in bathroom were empty

Our time at ML Canberra was fantastic! Seated straight away and our server Hannah introduced herself to us and made us feel very welcome. Ordering our food and drinks was a breeze and everything came so quickly! Food was incredible (the Milky Lane Burger is to die for) and the atmosphere was amazing! Looking forward to our next visit

The food was awesome so was the atmosphere, We had a 5 month old with us who was terribly hot seated outside. One of the bar staff had done her best to tend to him to keep him cool which was so sweet of her and much appreciated! The only issue we had was it being a little cramped and wrong drinks being brought to us. Other than that would definitely attend again.

Tara was wonderful. We got out burgers in less than 15 minutes and they weren’t lacking in quality at all. If they had special cocktails like the rest of the Milky Lanes, we didn’t know about them. But that’s my only negative.

Considering we have been to the one at Bondi I went along to Canberra Milky Lane wondering if the food was going to be on par with Bondi venue...it was,not bad considering it was day two of opening

Staff were friendly and attentive, food was delicious and reasonable priced and the cocktails tasted amazing. the atmosphere was upbeat and they had a DJ playing. Sometimes it got a bit loud but it was fixed within minutes. Will definitely be going back again.
