Milky lane is easily my favourite burger store Absolutely amazing

First time for my boyfriend and I and we couldn’t have been happier with the food and service! So so delicious and funky atmosphere which we love!

Staff Intially a bit slow to serve, but then kicked into gear - really friendly and chatty considering the stress they must be under right now

Amidst this coronavirus shit, it wad nice to go out and have a great meal with a few friends. The staff adhered to the occupancy rules and took such good care of us throughout the night.

Let’s not say about the menu ..........?????? Menu isn’t correct

We were a party of 6 adults and a child, he had reserved a table in advance. The service was slow and customer service was poor, general cleanliness of the restaurant was poor. Dirty wobbly tables, flys everywhere ( I know this is an issue here in Qld at the moment but there was no prevention for it in the restaurant) the restaurant was hot and muggy leaving it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the experience. There was no cutlery on the table we had to ask, no one came and checked our table once the food had been delivered or offered to take another drinks round or dessert order at the end. Missed out on some upsells there!! As for the food service the side came a good 10 minutes before the burgers leaving us to eat the side before the mains. The quality of the food was good, except the child's meal it was sad to see that the popcorn chicken piece were freshly made yet the kids chicken was processed frozen nuggets?? We were all excited to experience Milky Lane after seeing some great pictures and reviews on social media. We were left rather disappointed after traveling half hour for a very undwr whelming experience to the one we thought we would be worth the travel after the research we had done. Would we return? It's going to be a No.

Would not recommend - overpriced; no A/C; taste below average

I think maybe we got unlucky. The staff were friendly but the service was terrible. The 5 of us ordered 5 burgers and 4 sides (the sides to share). The first side came and 15 minutes later the second side came. By the time the burgers came we’d finished both. Then the third side came. When we’d finished everything they asked if we were waiting on the last side and we cancelled it at that point. Took a very long time to get a drinks order in. 3 rounds of drink for the 5 of us and no glasses (or crockery) was cleared at any point. We’re not looking for 5 star at a burger place but it was all a bit disappointing. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Fairly priced because it is great food. Music volume is fine but if there's a live DJ it is too noisy

Most of the food was fine but the naan bread special we ordered was stone cold and we couldn't eat it. The fire alarm also went off during our stay which shut off the kitchen meaning people were being turned away.

This was only my second time at Milky Lane but I’m definitely keen to return. The food and drinks were great and the entire experience was excellent. I do wish they’d kept the onion rings on their new menu though, but other than that I couldn’t fault them.

Would have been better if food arrived to table around the same time instead of 15minutes between meals and desert came out incorrect and had to be returned
